you need to fix your escalator they been down for a month. also soda drinks machine have been out way to often. your last pro-mo for the first 500 or so ,if you work can't make it time was over in less than a hour. and people are putting friends numbers in so they are doing 3-4 at a time.i was there 3-4 times never may one in time.people are nice but i never see a host in 3-4 years. do you have host.

I've been going there for years but ever since bankruptcy the place has been getting worse. I go in the A.M. and they have 1 person on the top floor for service. At times the bar is closed or is short staffed. They no longer offer cash back only shot play for your points. Parking is lousy as Valet has been moved to the front and makes people parking have to duck under caution tape to get to the doors. Anyway I just got back from Vegas and they are even cutting back on promotions there.

the casinos are okay but the smoking motel rooms should be clean even a smoker could die from the smell

Security has become very lax at Majestic. During my last two visits, patrons had become loud and argumentative with other patrons. I was not involved, but it was scary and there was no security personnel around to resolve the altercation. When I have seen security, they always seem to be standing around, talking to each other - poor management. Finally, I hope the escalator is being repaired. It's off-again/on-again operation for the past six months is absolutely ridiculous. Again, poor management. When visiting Majestic I sometimes get the sense that they are doing me a favor by operating - I think management should readjust their attitude to more of a consumer friendly environment, Talk to the valet parking attendants . . they are all really great . friendly and efficient.

I have been coming to your casino since the first opening. I have never came home with any money, it seem as though you do not let black people win anything. i played all night and spent 700.00 and 800.00 hundred dollars and a white person come and spent 20.00 and jackpot what that?????????? It's like go to michigan and you do get a little chance. But i keep trying just to get a little bit of happiness. I just retired in2011 and spent 3,000.oo in one night nothing.
