I like Senior day, The buffet is always good , but I font win and see less people. Winning. When u had the bands and comendy, that was nice, after we could go play. The Security is nice to.. When I go to Ameristsr the Casino Host make themselves known, Horshoe do that too and the Winds. Sometimes it takes way to long for a slot attendate to come. I did appreciate one night I won about 5,000 and Security did allow people to hang around . When will they be done with that Construction,??

I ran down the stairs to the Healthier part of the casino hoping my favorite machine was availalbe. OMG it was free for play and the area was free from smoke. This is something that Majestic has to address in providing a larger area for people not only interested in their health but having more machines to play on. What also is wonderful about the referenced area is the noise level is low allowing a sense of calmness for the player. The non smoking area also attracts what appears to me to be a better class of player in terms of dress, mannerisms, and interest in having a good time without severe outbursts should they not have any significant degree of luck..

I think it's a little ridiculous that the reward system was changed with little to no information given prior to the change! And the machines seem to be taking more and MORE.. and paying MUCH LESS lately. the promo, cash back rewards and comps... are a bit pathetic, compared to the level of my play.

Everyone involved from host to bus were great. Always checking to see how it was going, if I needed anything and how the food was!

I stay @ your hotel generally 2 days a week for some time now. I do live-in Home Health Care so I can go NO WHERE unless it's on my days off. I have spent a LOT of money on your boats. I have always been loyal to the Majestic. I can remember when it had a spiral staircase like a submarine when it first opened. Thank GOD they got escalators. My knees could no longer do that first rendition :) Of course, now the escalators have been down for repair for quite a while. Last week was a pretty good play stay for me on the boat. Unfortunately cannot win every time. Glad they call the cash draws on my day off!! They called my name once & I missed it because I was in line for the buffet & it was sooo noisy I did not hear them. Last year they called my name & once again I was in the buffet & it had gotten down to the last 5 minutes to get to the booth & I have bad knees. Just made it up there but by the time I got back down to eat my food I could not breathe & they had to call the paramedics. That was pretty scary & embarrassing. I was grateful that I got the $200, though. They should really have a better communication system to be able to let the booth know someone is on their way. Maybe I better quit eating at the buffet :) I've won jackpots on the boat & I was told I had to walk the floor myself & get someone to pay me off. I could not believe it!! Their service definitely sucks !! Sorry. Have been to those jackpot buffets & I absolutely love their food they serve. I suggested to the "big boys" that they put that type of food buffet in the Access Lounge. Too much sauce & stuff on the food in their & not much variety. I'm just saying....since I have a chance to voice my opinion. My stays in the hotel have been a bit crazy, though. This week I am only staying one day here. I feel uncomfortable complaining since my room is complimentary; however, I feel I HAVE paid for it over & over again. Anyway there is always difficulty with the reservations. The keys do not work many times. Last week I got here arnd 12noon. I paid ahead & went to play on the boat. They told me the room would be ready by 4p. I came back @ 10p & the key were not able to give me a key. The computer would not put it through. I told the girl maybe the room was on the no cleaning list like it had been the week before & would not let her make the key because that had happened the week before as well. They said no that was not coming up. The girl from the desk got some other type of key & came up with me to the room but that one did not work either. She went down came up with another one & that did not work either. They ended up putting me in a room across the hall. I don't know, but to me good customer service would have done that in the first place so as not to make me wait. I paid my deposit & here it is almost 10:30 at night & I was tired & I never did get a key. So in the morning when I had I wanted to go down & get coffee, I propped my room open because otherwise I would have had to wait for them to go up there with me so I could get back into my room, ridiculous!! During last winter I got as close as I could to the elevators (once again, knees) but the key would not work in the outside door so I ended up having to walk back in the wind, rain & sleet to get another key. I was pretty angry to say the least & then the girl at the desk says to me in this little voice, "sometimes you just have to "play" with the key card". Standing there dripping on the floor, I wanted to pull her across the counter & shake her. Are you kidding me??? My resolve....I requested to never stay in that part of the hotel EVER AGAIN!! I'll bet that door is still not fixed! I have just resigned myself to the fact that something is going to go wrong whenever I stay here so as to appreciate the stay even more when nothing does go wrong!!

Two things: First of all, raising the price of cigarettes was a bad idea. I know the other casinos raised theirs, but you should have stayed at $10. Second, as stated above, you really should have a "gold" card, as too many players have the black card. The lines in the Access Lounge are too long because of this, and there are too many players who are "high rollers" who only get the same things as the black card people. The "gold" players should have access to the Steak House every night they are open, without being told they are "over-comped"

Machines do not pay like they used to. Promo cash and gifts have decreased.
