I loved the level of communication once I placed my order. Part of my order had to be cancelled and I immediately received an email giving me an explanation. The remaining items in my order arrived earlier than expected and again emails were sent giving me the tracking number. I love their attention to detail and keeping me informed until my order was received.

Love the variety of clothing and toys offered. Find things here for my grandchildren that don't see in stores or on other websites. I have also had a good experience with their staff who helped me a problem with one order. I got great communication and my issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Scam website, do not bother ordering please save yourself the headache and hassle they put you through. My order arrived defective and they have been purposely leading me in circles for weeks. I have asked for my money back several times because they are not providing me with any replacement/ replacement parts for a defective item that I received. They do not care and they will lie to you and give you timeframes but those timeframes never come. It’s been weeks without a resolution or being able to talk to a manager to have a resolution. This is by far the worst website I’ve ever ordered from, I believe they are a scam/ fraud website!

Defective toy sink - refused to replace. They had us jump through hoops and ladders, sending multiple pictures and videos of the defective toy sink. They eventually followed up to let us know that the brand new sink was not under warranty and would not be replaced.
