Excellent customer service when there was an issue with my order! What a great company to work with!

Hello, This was my first order from this company. The item I ordered was going to be delayed so they contacted me immediately to let me know of the delay. The fact that they took the time to let me know about the delay, I missed the first email they emailed again, that to me show’s that they care about their customers.

I ordered over $200 worth of Yoto audio cards...the package arrived completely empty and opened. I understand this is no fault of Maisonette. The customer service responded promptly but it has now been 2 weeks with no replacement. They keep telling me they are in communication with the vendor and that they will email a tracking number when it ships. 2 weeks to wait on a resolution for a 200 dollar order is ridiculous. Won't ever be buying here again. I see everything on here praising the company but all the signs from my experience make me wonder if I was scammed.

Great product & when I needed help with an issue the service was incredible, quick response, complete resolution to issue I love this company their toys are incredible!
