Hi i am Richard Mitchell of South Mississippi, USA. I currently own 4 Magicycle bikes. In June of 2022 I saw a couple riding ebikes together at a small water park and decided that may be something I would like to do with the wife and family. I started looking into them and there was one name that seemed to stand above the others and that was Magicycle. I saw they had 52 volt systems where most of the competition had only 48 volt systems. I started with the Magicycle cruiser. It took me back to my childhood where i first learned to ride a bike and the enjoyment that I got from it. Since then I have come to really appreciate how the ebike has changed my life. It seems that I am a lot more healthier and happier. I helped introduce my brothers to ebikes and we really share good times together on rides. Now my wife and daughter have joined us with their Ocelot Pro bikes. Magicycle has proven to be a company that believes in customer satisfaction. I now own 4 magicycle bikes and numerous accessories. I look forward to great experiences that lie out in the future.

We’ve been riding together for the last year, what a blast! Wife loves her Cruiser Pro, the power and stability gives us the confidence to tackle our local wooded trails. Magic Cycle’s customer service first class, available 24/7. Engineering has listened to the customers, rolling out the new model, Deer SUV, full suspension ebike. Great job Magic Cycle!

Ordered off of magicyclebike.com/ Been riding my 'Magicycle 52V Cruiser Mid Step-thru' for a little less than a year. When I ordered, there were only 2 models to choose from, compared to 6+ models I see on their site nowadays. There are some weeks where I ride it 7 days/wk. Had to contact customer service about the tail light. Never took it off-road, but ride it on the rough streets. I realized the tail light would not function, and required me to jiggle the plug at the connection port on the back of the light to get it working again. But the next time I'd check, the tail light would be out again. Emailing customer service back and forth a few times got them to mail me a new tail light. So far it works more consistently, like 95% of the time. A lot of the 'extra' stuff they include, like the branded hat and bike lock are useless to me. I am just about at 1,800 miles on the odometer, and need a new rear tire. I weight about 155 lbs, and never reached 28mph, but got rly close. I get compliments on the bike, especially when i walk it inside stores with me, to keep it from getting stolen. Guys in stores will initiate conversations about it. Battery life suffers in weather around 40F and below. I never switch gears, so single speed would work for most ppl in my opinion Too soon to comment on reliability. If the battery lasts for 2 yrs with consistent 5days/wk riding, and no major parts failures, I'd say its worth it
