Absolutely amazing ebikes. Purchased 2 Cruisers in the spring and every time we take them out for a ride we come back satisfied with a big smile on our faces. Can't believe how long the batteries last and how confortable and easy to pedal they are. So glad to enjoy every journey we endeavor.

I purchased a Magicycle Cruiser last year and the derailleur arrived damage from shipping to the point it was inoperable. I contacted customer service and they were great. They sent me a new bike. I can't say enough how good things about the Magicycle Cruiser. Its powerful and gets my 200 pound body up hills with ease. In the summer months I try to get on it everyday for a ride.

We have purchased three bikes from Magicycle. Two Crusier Pros and an Ocelet. We have been pleased with the quality and riding experience of each one. Magicycle has been very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question or issue. The Cruisers are big bikes and are best suited to people over 5’5”. The Ocelet is a good size for most everyone. It is easy to get on and off of and easy to maneuver. It has a zippy ride. While we really like the Ocelot, we’d recommend upgrading to the Ocelot Pro if you can spare the money because it comes with an upgraded computer.

I researched many ebikes before deciding on the Magicycle Deer. My decision involved motor size, battery size, throttle, display, gearing, warranty and customer reputation. Magicycle excelled at each of these categories. The deciding factor for me was the dual suspension. I had back surgery 2 years ago and thought I was done cycling. A hard tail was out of the question. Given the weight of a non-electric full suspension bike, I was out. The Deer changed that calculation. My experience to date (800 miles) has been noteworthy. The bike is powerful enough to manage the hills around San Diego with ease. With some pedal assist, I have had rides over 40 miles, with 40-50% left on the battery at the end of the ride. The suspension is silky smooth, absorbing all the bumps. I've really enjoyed the experience of the Deer to date, and am very happy to be back on the road.

I purchased a Cruiser Pro in Ontario, Canada January 2023. Today is June 8th. To date I have 3038km on the bike. I ride in all seasons as well as the occasional downpour. This ebike is my daily driver. I have replaced the knobby tires with road tires as 90% of my riding is on the road. Also added a rear case/pannier, a 2nd 20ah battery, a mirror and horn/alarm. The bike is very well built and rugged. All parts are high quality. The design allows no-hands riding if that's what you're in to. Hydraulic brakes are very good. It's not the fastest ebike I own or the cheapest, but it's perfect for my present needs. The display tends to fog in freezing weather and I had a brake failure message during a -10°C ride. No other problems. Handles snow and sand very well with the stock Juggernaut knobbies. SiS index shifter started to squeak. Dry Lithium grease works well. The controller has a cruise lock after 10sec of steady throttle. Controller is limited to 900w Cadence sensor is adjustable. Power for each speed setting also adjustable. Has a walk mode for walking the bike up a steep hill or through rough terrain. Rear light responds to application of brakes. Front light could be brighter, but it's adequate. Wish list includes Display: wh/km(mi), estimated trip based on battery consumption, removal of upper power limit. Frame: Triple Tree forks, integrated steering lock, placement of controller behind seat riser, ability to mount 2nd battery below 1st on bottom of that tube. Accessories: Better seat, bigger lights. Integrated horn, stock mirror. Replace front wheel quick release with nuts.

Just purchased two ocelot pros for my wife and I. Arrived on time, was very simple to assemble. And really nice to ride! We are still getting used to all the features,

I had a knee replacement back in 2010 and havent been active at all, I got my Magicycle Ocelot Pro last week and have been on it every day. This is the most comfortable bike I ever rode its step thru is low enough I can step thru and get on with ease and the power is amazing. I never really understood what pedal assist was until I rode this bike its basically move the pedals and it goes without using alot of leg strength, which I wouldn't be able to do because this failed knee replacement. I look forward to many hours out on the trails. Fantastic customer service and a smooth swift delivery.
