You have it going to the wrong address! It should be going to Gil Roedel 2709 SE 79th Ave Portland OR 97206

Vickie, I'm sorry correcting the shipping details and sorting out the orders was so difficult. I'd like to make sure the final delivery and billing outcomes are clear and address anything still outstanding. I've sent you a personal email so we can work through this together. Erik, Magic Story

It's a very cute book and my kids definitely love it but it would be just a little bit better if maybe his name was mentioned a little bit more or maybe if you ask a characteristic about him or something that he would like could be incorporated or possibly the topic of the story also if things like family members will be incorporated that would be even more amazing but overall it is good it could also maybe be a little bit more understandable to the younger generation because it's more so for a little bit older kids like ones who can read not necessarily ones that you're going to be reading the stories to

Amanda — this is the kind of feedback we genuinely sit with. More name moments, character traits, family members, an easier read-aloud feel for younger kids — all of it is on the list of things we're working on. Thank you for taking the time. The fact that your kids already love it is the part that makes us want to keep making it better. 📖

Easy to navigate, a good amount of books to select from and the option to preview your hero was a plus.
Response from Magic StoryMay 18, 2026
Terrance — we obsess over that hero preview because we know how much it matters to see them first. Thanks for noticing the little things. 📖

Great experience ! Only one problem . When making an attempt to add my phone number for new books and discounts notifications, it stated my number was invalid .
Response from Magic StoryMay 18, 2026
Thanks, Renee! Sorry about the snag with the phone number — that shouldn't have happened. If you reach out to our team with the number you were trying to use, we can get you signed up for those new-book updates. ✨

My great grand love your books. They absolutely get so excited when they see their name in the book. My only hope is that you would put siblings and pets. I have to keep changing the names and photos because I have 59 great grands.
Response from Magic StoryMay 18, 2026
Valerie — 59 great-grands is a number that just made the whole team smile. Siblings and pets are absolutely on our wishlist of features, and feedback like yours pushes them up the list. Thank you for being the kind of great-grandma who orders 59 books. ✨
