Like most other reviewers on here, it's been 20 days since I placed my order. No updates, USPS says package accepted but hasn't moved in 10 days. Will never order anything from them again. Update: I finally got my order the 12th of January, and only after I reached out to the creator of one of the products I ordered, who checked on my order for me.

I placed an order with this company on 12/5 (I only live one state away) for a deck of tarot cards. This company sent an email confirmation says it would take 1-5 days to process. After 9 days had passed with no delivery update I contacted them. Again, I was told it would take 1-5 days to process and their warehouse was behind. Now, I'm thinking to myself just how hard is it to pull one deck of cards, place it in a padded envelope and mail it?? I cancelled my order and now I'm told it would take 48-72 business hours to receive a refund. Today is 96 hours and counting. My advice? Order from someone else.

Pretty much certain this place is a scam! I ordered on 11/24 and the order still has not shipped. I got a notification that it "shipped" on 12/1, but no movement since them. I have reached out many times only for them to say the product was out of stock and it would ship the next day 12/14. It did not ship. I have emailed since and they will not respond. I feel bad because I even shared about the company on my Instagram and had a lot of people say they placed orders because of that. What a joke!

My husband and I have bought dozens of oracle decks from Magick. Sometimes shipping is quick and sometimes it’s slow. It really just depends. Their prices are much cheaper and they don’t charge tax which is a huge plus when you buy every new release. We have patience so it’s not that big of a deal if it takes longer.

Ordered something Nov. 24, it is Dec. 15, still hasn't arrived. Tracking number provided says order was accepted Dec. 1, but hasn't moved. Customer service via e-mail are not answering my emails. Will have to go to back for refund, scam company and should be shut down

It’s been 18 days since my order and it still hasn’t left the shipping facility. I purchased from them before and it was slow, but this is ridiculous. Not worth the savings.

The good news is that my order arrived and I will be able to use it. The bad news, as others have said, is that shipping is extremely slow. Perhaps we're spoiled by bigger companies that can get orders out quickly. But the reality being what it is, don't say 1-5 days when it will be closer to a month! It's much easier to be patient if given a realistic time estimation. Also I got the notice that my order had shipped, the same day it arrived. So I don't actually know how long it was in transit.

I ordered a calendar. It took a month to get here. When it got here it was damaged. Instead of refunding me or exchanging they told me fo iron it. So I did and it made no difference. I will never order from this place again
