I first ordered from Magick.com in December 2021. The selection was spectacular, all the products were legit, and they often offered autographed books and tarot decks. List prices were ridiculously high but became truly great bargains once combined with their 50% off sales and additional discounts (they even beat Amazon in those cases). Their service, which seems to concern the majority of the complaints here, was terrific: items were in stock, customer service was easy to reach, and shipping was acceptable. (Speed of shipping was their big weakness, imo.) Then, in mid-2024, things took a regrettable turn...items were out of stock, email communication was non-existent (you'd eventually get a response IF you were lucky), and shipping took multiple weeks. It often felt like they were either down to one overworked person or the remaining employees had gotten to a point at which they simply no longer cared. After placing one final order in 2024 that I had to cancel due to timeframe, I didn't order anything else from them.

In the beginning, they were awesome! They had an amazing inventory of magick products, including herbs, oils, tarot, oracle, crystals, books, etc. There were always great sales and awsome prices. They even had guest speakers or deck creators who would autograph decks. They were my go to for all things magick! They must have filed bankruptcy as they eventually had things back-ordered way too long, became unresponsive, and fulfillment stopped altogether. They eventually changed their name and offerings, and now no longer seem to exist. They weren't transparent hence all the bad reviews. People just want to know what's going on!

I sent a question about a product and never received an answer. I ordered regardless and product came within a reasonable time frame.

Your Shipping takes way to long, it has become 4 to 6 weeks to get my decks. I have been with you for years and had better results in the past. What's going on.

Made purchase on January 20th. I understand some time to process. I contacted them on January 29th to ask if there was a tracking number they said they we're sorry for the delay and usually ship within 5 days excluding weekends, holidays and to allow for additional processing with sale days. They said would send tracking number when shipped. Totally understand this. I waited patiently another 7 days when the shipping label was run on a Tuesday. I thought oh good it's coming. Another 6 days has passed and package says pending acceptance from usps. I understand things can happen but waiting 23 days and still sitting in California is very slow. Maybe there was alot of orders to pack but possibly hire more workers at that time? Waiting patiently and wondering if it will ever start moving. Update: I did recieve my order today feb 26th. Everything looks great and well packed. They sent it media mail which makes sense as I order a couple if books abd decks but it took 20 days from pick up by usps to get here. I guess usps puts media mail as low priority. I wish I could have picked a faster method but can't remember if there was an option. I would not have picked media mail. I would have picked ground shipping which would maybe have been the same amount. I would even had paid for shipping for it to come sooner. If you do order from Magick it just may take awhile. I updated to 3 stars instead if one because I did recieve the order. I'm not sure what caused the delay but I hope they can hire more staff to help if needed.

It’s been 18 days since my order and it still hasn’t left the shipping facility. I purchased from them before and it was slow, but this is ridiculous. Not worth the savings.

The good news is that my order arrived and I will be able to use it. The bad news, as others have said, is that shipping is extremely slow. Perhaps we're spoiled by bigger companies that can get orders out quickly. But the reality being what it is, don't say 1-5 days when it will be closer to a month! It's much easier to be patient if given a realistic time estimation. Also I got the notice that my order had shipped, the same day it arrived. So I don't actually know how long it was in transit.
