I read a lot of bad reviews so I was a bit scared but my order was shipped! I emailed customer service & their response time wasn't too bad with the Thanksgiving holidays! But I had a positive experience & my package will be here soon. They are amazing!

The website is an absolute scam. They will NEVER ship you order. Do not waste your time or money.

I placed an order a month ago & it still hasn't shipped. Emailed twice, but the only response I received was that they were running behind well that was 3 weeks ago. At this point, I'm about to contact my bank for fraud because this is ridiculous. Don't order unless you order 2 months in advance cause they obviously don't know how to run a business. They also have a fake rating on their site saying that their trust pilot is 5 stars when it's clearly not. I trusted them. Guess I should've read the actual reviews.

In the hustle of city life, finding balance is key. I turned to Magick on a friend's recommendation and was impressed by the selection of supplies. The minimalist design of the oracle decks resonates with my aesthetic, and the quality is top-notch. I appreciate the organic herbs for my weekend detox rituals. The user experience was streamlined, and the customer service was on point.

Although I think they have a great selection of items, the shipping is painfully slow. On my first order, after 3 weeks from the purchase date, I saw that my items still hadn't been shipped. I reached out through the customer service email and asked why it was taking so long. I didn't receive a response but my package was put in the mail that evening so they obviously saw the message. It then arrived 3 days later. This time I ordered something 10 days ago and there is no update on the package besides that Magick.com received the order. So at this point (with all the bad reviews) I'm assuming they are understaffed or have really crappy workers. Nobody can respond to emails or put the items in a box, much less be bothered to ship it in any reasonable amount of time. You can order something off of Wish and receive it sooner than Magick.com. This is the last time I order from their site.

I placed 3 orders in September and while the orders say "fulfilled" on their site, the shipping links say the products haven't been received to ship yet. Customer Service first said there was a delay for the product release (October 1st), then out of stock/supply chain issues. Now, no one is responding. Update: The products finally shipped after I asked via email for the orders to be canceled and said I would contact my bank if I didn't receive confirmation of cancelation and refund within 48 hours. I did need to send 3 follow-up emails about refunding the products that were out of stock. I did recieve prompt responses to those emails. While this situation has been resolved, I will not order from this company again, nor will I recommend them.

Great prices, good products....the absolute slowest shipping I have ever seen in my life. I could walk their deliveries the 1200 miles to my home faster than they ship them. Truly atrocious. I've been waiting almost three weeks for a single order (Order MP08116532). Oh, and if you call, you'll get an attitude.
