Almost one year has gone by and I STILL have not received my order. I've placed two orders before that one and they both took a long time to arrive but I DID receive them, so I thought I would be patient and give this company the benefit of the doubt. I've emailed customer service several times and I've been ignored. I have NOT been given a refund or ANY shipping updates. MP08109999 is my order number. If they can somehow make this right, I will happily change my review but until then I CANNOT recommend this shop to ANYONE. I've lost out on $50!!! That's really, really scummy!!! You've been warned!!! ------- They reached out after seeing this review and shipped out my items. I received them a couple weeks ago.

This website is not a scam but also a scam....it took them 2 months just for usps to "accept" my package in order for it to send..I called my bank and had them refund me because the lady was trash at responding...honestly was NOT worth the almost 2 and a half month wait

I placed an order on December 2nd, and I got no response after waiting A MONTH for my items not being shipped. After literally 12 emails and messages I sent with no responses, I reported them to the BBB, and then all of a sudden look who ships out my items two days later..... If you cant be professional and send out items that were paid for and ignoring the customers, you have no reason to be in business. Im not the first and i know im not the last....Such a sad joke how they want to ignore your messages and not cancel your order but then ship items after being reported. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Fake website. Will only post shipping label and not ship items. Update: my review of Magick has been flagged by Magick. Great to see that the fake website that DOESN’T fulfill orders DOES check for BAD REVIEWS and QUICKLY responds to those. My order #MP08130865 was paid 12/16 and finally partially refunded 1/13 after numerous email, calls and disputes filed with my credit card. SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Edit: At least my order was successfully cancelled and refunded. That’s the best thing I can say about this experience. Like other reviewers, I was taken in by the low prices. I have plans to throw a themed party and ordered various bowls, etc for the event. I read that processing time is between 5-10 days. I read that everything ships from California. That still should have left plenty of time to receive my order. Well, three weeks later and the order hasn't shipped. This company lies. In response to my email, asking about my order I was told (as other were) that during promotions it takes a little longer to process. I believe that the truth is that once you order, they procure everything from China and then ship it out "from California". I can't imagine why else it could possibly take a month for people's orders to ship. I did not have unrealistic Amazon-like shipping expectations, but I did expect my order to ship in the timeframe they promised on their website. Now I'm in limbo waiting to cancel the order with Customer Service and get a refund to be done with this place, although I'm told that if the order has "processed" they can't cancel it. With my luck this will have happened and I'll get everything I ordered... a week after the party.

Order was not shipped out for a little over 2 weeks after I placed the order when I reached out to customer service. They responded, created the shipment and now the package has “pending acceptance” with USPS in California where it was shipped from. Shady. Reached out to customer service several times and have had no other responses back from them. Will be requesting a charge back from the credit card company. Do not order from here.

With orders outstanding with this company going back to September, I cannot provide them a good rating. They seem to ship as they feel like it. Emails to their customer support person have resulted in zero action and excuses. I cannot recommend this company.

Update: Sent another email to their customer service 7 days ago. Still no response. Still showing shipping label generated as of December 21st. I got an email from TrustPilot this morning that said Magick is questioning whether this is a real transaction. I have no words at this point. Same as other reviews, ordered on December 7th, still not here. I emailed on the 20th and was told they were having delays. On the 21st it went to shipped status but USPS still does not have it. NEVER dealt with a company that takes a month to ship in stock inventory. I have read other reviews that state they are having issues getting refunded when they cancel the order. I’m going to go to my bank and have them handle it,
