I have several (6) orders from the month of November, 2023 (this is February 1, 2024) that I never received. For six weeks they have been telling me the same thing... "shipping delays from publisher". And then they continue the charade by saying that the books will be in any day. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from this company

Do not buy from this business. Pay few more dollars and order from Amazon. Some of the cards can also be found on hayhouse for a lot cheaper. You’d be saving yourself from being disrespected by the customer service who tend to not even have a worry in the world that the orders take up to 2 months to be delivered, if you’re lucky. Otherwise, they just steal your money without actually delivering. Never again.

took over month to receive my package and only half of it came. they refunded me for the other item without informing me that i wasn’t getting it. their customer service support was nonexistent . don’t buy from here.

I bought 3 items and after a month of waiting for my items, they still hadn't arrived. I went back and forth with them about where my items were they told me they would not refund me. SCAMMY COMPANY

all i can say is never purchase your items from here. i ordered tarot cards from their site for a holiday present to my partner. it’s been over a month since the initial purchase and they just informed me where my shipment is even after multiple emails asking for updates, information, and finally requesting a refund. instead, they brushed TWICE past my request for a refund and finally starting tell me when my package will arrive. i’m then told i can return the item after waiting over a month for it to receive AND the return shipping label has to be purchased out of my own pocket. this was supposed to be an exciting gift for my partner and has just been an absolute headache to deal with. my questions were never addressed but only when i got so exhausted to the point of asking for a refund and i can’t even get that. their products look beautiful however the customer service side of the site, isn’t worth it. i’d suggest looking for the artist elsewhere to support then going through this site.

Placed an order with them in DECEMBER the package was “lost” I had to DM them through Instagram to get a response through email, they said they would get another package out & that was 3 weeks ago. No email’s since, no shipping confirmation #, no order #, complete radio SILENCE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

The critical reviews are unfortunately true. I placed my order in early December, but didn't receive a tracking number until several weeks later, after I'd emailed for an update. (Note: I was told that 'shipping times may be delayed due to the ongoing sale', but if you check, Magick.com seemingly has a continually-active sitewide sale, with an active discount code that's replaced/reactivated regularly, so this was clearly but a very feeble excuse.) With no package acceptance/update after the new year, I emailed once again in early January, informing them of my intention to seek restitution. I was placated & assured that it would be handled - still nothing until last week, when my package was finally dropped off! This was after I'd filed a dispute through my payment method - a dispute they never officially responded to & in which I was awarded a refund due to their (apparent) chronic negligence on all fronts. No direct communication since early January, at that point. Today, after finally receiving my items, I receive an email from "Isabel", requesting that I either "refuse the package since I got a refund", or, "accept an invoice if I decide to keep it." The audacity is outrageous. The only thing I cannot squarely blame Magick.com for during this debacle is the inclement weather. Save yourself the headache: source elsewhere, and just spend that few extra dollars. THEY WILL NEVER BE WORTH IT.
