Their website indicates that products will be shipped within 5 business days, but it took way longer. After a shipping label was generated, my product wasn’t shipped for two more weeks. When I received my package, they sent the wrong item. I’m still trying to get them to refund me and let me return the item. Otherwise I’ll have to do a credit card charge back. Communicating via email with customer service is very slow, and calling the support line is unhelpful and the person who answered was not friendly. I will never purchase from here again.

Total scam! It’s been 17 days and not a single shipping label has been created! After reading the reviews and investigating more, im cancelling this order and getting my money back. What a disappointment

Made purchase on January 20th. I understand some time to process. I contacted them on January 29th to ask if there was a tracking number they said they we're sorry for the delay and usually ship within 5 days excluding weekends, holidays and to allow for additional processing with sale days. They said would send tracking number when shipped. Totally understand this. I waited patiently another 7 days when the shipping label was run on a Tuesday. I thought oh good it's coming. Another 6 days has passed and package says pending acceptance from usps. I understand things can happen but waiting 23 days and still sitting in California is very slow. Maybe there was alot of orders to pack but possibly hire more workers at that time? Waiting patiently and wondering if it will ever start moving. Update: I did recieve my order today feb 26th. Everything looks great and well packed. They sent it media mail which makes sense as I order a couple if books abd decks but it took 20 days from pick up by usps to get here. I guess usps puts media mail as low priority. I wish I could have picked a faster method but can't remember if there was an option. I would not have picked media mail. I would have picked ground shipping which would maybe have been the same amount. I would even had paid for shipping for it to come sooner. If you do order from Magick it just may take awhile. I updated to 3 stars instead if one because I did recieve the order. I'm not sure what caused the delay but I hope they can hire more staff to help if needed.

Terrible company don't buy from them. They took a month to give me my order and there's missing items. If I hadn't persist in my emails for almost a month since the phone number doesn't work. During the emails they gave me empty promises and lies because they didn't have all the items so they say there's delivery issues. Saying that USPS didn't pick up the package to saying they can't give a refund. When I finally received the package the items are poor quality from the smudges looking worn out to missing items to wrong items on the package. The website is deceptive where items in images appear to be big and when you receive it in real life it's small in actuality. Please don't take a risk from buying from this website. Save yourself from unnecessary stress and heartache. This business customer service is unacceptable and the business needs to be put under investigation right now for fraudulent behavior.

Horrible ! I’m waiting 1 month and never give my items . When call pass 1 months for cancelled and give me my money you need to wait more time !!! No buy nothing in this link Order MP08133963

This company is not being professionally handled. After three purchases and only receiving one after a month, I've decided to report them to the Better business bureau. Anyone who takes a customer's money and doesn't send the merchandise and doesn't refund is stealing from good consumers.

I really wish I had investigated this store before placing an order. My experience is exactly as others have mentioned here. It’s been nearly a month and nothing. After two weeks I reached out to see why it hadn’t shipped and a label was coincidentally created the same day. Waited another week and reached out again to see why it hadn’t been shipped and they said they checked the warehouse and it should be picked up the next day. That was a week ago and it hasn’t moved. My intuition told me I was being scammed but after reading these reviews I now know I was. I don’t know who these people are who are giving high reviews but I can only assume they’re false. Hope this saves someone else from getting suckered.

Have been trying to get my package for almost a month. My package stopped in Hawthorne, which is about 8 hours drive time from me, and I don't believe it's taken a month to get to me. Have requested a refund because I just don't want it anymore and they keep saying just wait and be patient. I need my money back, period. Edit: paid through afterpay and afterpay didn't help me. I got a partial refund... 7 dollars out of 50. I'm so mad I'm not letting this one go, until I get my items, my refund, or until someone blocks me.
