Took a month and 3 times asking about my order plus me asking for a refund/my order to be canceled before they actually sent the items out. Now I don’t even want the items anymore because of this experience and if I return them, I’ll have to pay for shipping. Update: Talked to someone named Nikki who let me return the items. Returned them and one week later emailed Isabel asking why I had not gotten a refund. She claimed items were missing, which was not true, and that I had already gotten a refund from my chargeback, which was also not true as my chargeback was a pending investigation.

Do not order from them! Order placed on the 14th still nothing.

Ordered 1 month ago. Items have not shipped. Poor customer service. They advertise a 30% off Flash Sale ending in just a few hours.... except the sale is still going 2 months later. I think I have been scammed.

Ordered items on January 17. Still waiting...almost 6 weeks later. I emailed their customer service multiple times and received the same message back (bot?). According to USPS, my order is still waiting in CA. Again....almost 6 weeks later. Never will I ever shop at this store again, and plan to begin dispute with bank shortly.

I ordered mine on 2/5/2024, and I contacted them on 2/12, The next day I got a reply from them saying “We are currently backlogged due to the current sale and are doing our very best to ship out all orders in a timely manner.” I wait a week more, I haven't received anything from them. After I read this site's reviews, I thought I had been scammed, so I contacted to my bank. The next day, I received a shipping notification which was a shipping label created on 2/21, also They contacted me to ask to cancel the dispute. I don't know if they shipped my order just coincidence as I contacted to my bank. But now I need to cancel the dispute.

Oh boy I regret not checking this website before ordering Magick always seemed to be priced at costs that are so low that it couldn’t be real. Well, I finally order $129 (after a 30% discount) of stuff and not only have I NOT received the order, I have NOT received any updates on the order. I repeat. I do not have the items that I purchased. I regret not going to a local occult shop to make the purchase or even online. I should have know that the price was suspicious Please don’t make the same mistake as me. Good luck. Ahui hó

To any and all who have been scammed and haven't received your orders made ONLINE. Please follow this link to the FTC. File a charge against them. As of February 21st, I have been emailing with customer service. As of today, only shipping labels have been made and the postoffice is still waiting for packages. I've been told one is on the way and another was waiting for one item. Requested refund for the one item and asked them to ship the rest. March 2 I have received 2 orders. One item was not refunded. I've sent 2 emails about my other 2 orders and the refund. Sadly I haven't heard anything. Status with the post office, one is moving but the other isn't. What a horrible experience. Also Magick.com advertises a free item or crystal, is false. In the 2 orders I've received neither had a free gift.

----Update 02/20/2024---- I requested a refund for my order yesterday via email and my refund was issued today without issue. I received an email confirmation that stated "The time frame for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your card issuer's policies, but it is typically completed within 24-72 hours but can take up to 7 days depending on your bank." So I was granted a refund without much issue which was nice. So I am changing my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. But going forward I don't see myself placing anymore orders with this company due to their lack of complete transparency with their shipping. They shouldn't state orders will ship in 5 business days if they don't actually have the items you ordered in stock. ----Update 02/19/2024---- I received a message from this vendor in regards to the long shipping issue. I placed my order on 02/07/2024 and there has been no movement on my order at all. The website says the ship orders within 5 business days. The VM message I received was left on 02/15/2024 stating that there is a delay with processing my order and it's "slower than our normal 3-7 business day due to customs and that the candles and oils take a bit more time to ship out". It was stated that I am looking at another "week and a half OR SO" for my order to ship. They really should change the wording on their website in regards to shipping. What I am gathering is that they don't really have items in stock at all. They wait until you place an order and then they order it from overseas and that's why the shipping takes forever. If you are looking for fast efficient shipping than this isn't the website for you. Look elsewhere. If you are okay with delays and waiting for about a month for your order to ship than by all means you can order from here. Just keep that in mind. Me personally there are other sites that offer the same products for about the same prices with better shipping. So I probably won't be ordering from them again. I am going to give them another week to ship my order but after that I am just going to do a charge back on my credit card because the delay is ridiculous. If they were more transparent and honest about their shipping they probably wouldn't have so many complaints. ----Below Posted 02/13/2024------ I really wish I had done deeper research before placing an order because if I had known I would have avoided this website all together. I placed my order on 02/27/24. Today is 02/15/2024 and there has been no movement on my order whatsoever. No shipping label has been created or anything. I have sent over an email but according to what I have read here I won't be anticipating a reply anytime soon. This is a situation where I think I want to cancel the order but even if you send over an email request for that who know when you will get a response. I don't want to have to do a charge back on my credit card but I can already see the writing on the wall when it comes to this company. Shipping will take far too long and I'm not willing to wait on such show service and response time.
