Got my order in despite being delayed. I thought this was a scam at first bc I never got a confirmation email (i did in fact receive one-it had gone to my spam folder). I was actually was able to speak to customer service rep who helped me find my confirmation and got my order in after 2-3weeks. They even let me change my shipping address since I was in between moves. I got exactly what I ordered!!

I placed an order and got a confirmation that it was received. However, I didn't receive a shipping notice so I kept checking back. Their policy says they ship within 1-5 days. Eventually, I emailed their support address asking about my shipment. No response. I emailed again, and no response. On the third attempt, I said just to cancel the transaction and refund my money. They never responded. If they aren't shipping, they shouldn't have even taken the funds. I contacted my credit card company about a chargeback. I understand that sometimes things happen, but the failure to communicate is unacceptable. Too late, I found that most shoppers have had similar experiences.

I never received the book. It does look like it was handed off to USPS but then it just stalled and never arrived, and Magick.com stopped responding to my emails when I asked for a refund or for them to send another book. I ordered the book on February 2, domestic US delivery. I still don't have it, and it's now April.

Do not waste your money. I hadn't received my order over a month later so i emailed "support". I kept emailing for 2 weeks before I finally received a response. Then they send the order out instead of giving me a refund. I received 5 of the 19 items ordered. I've sent several emails to which have not been answered. I still have not received my refund

I ordered in February, order remained in shipment pending for almost 2 months! I was told an item was not in stock but I could refund or exchange, I responded immediately and they sent the same email a month later. The items are all pocket sized (same as you'd get off Temu etc) and when the package finally arrived in APRIL, I recieved a consolation for waiting: a tiny opalite bracelet (opalite is basically plastic) and 1/2" chip of amethyst that was clearly a broken piece off a statue or something, it was raw on one end and polished everywhere else. I have a feeling this store is just run by a dude in his basement, quite disappointing all round.

Spoke with publisher of products ordered, and learned they've actually stopped providing their catalogue to the company due to frequent complaints, and Magick.com blaming the publisher for delays in shipping. I have emails from both the publisher and author to this effect I can provide for reference.

I am a small business owner and ordered $111 worth of tarot decks from them because I couldn't find certain decks anywhere else online. It's been at least two weeks or more, and one payment just went through the "Shop" site , but I've not gotten any notice of when shipping will happen. I wish I had googled before I placed the order. I will be reaching out to them one last time, and if they do not respond regarding a shipping date, I will be reporting them to the BBB for fraud.

This company has refused to provide tracking info because they have not shipped my items that was ordered over 2 weeks ago. I disputed the transaction and instead of shipping, they’re still not providing any information. Ethical sellers that aren’t scammers would expedite things when they’re faced with claims. Not this company. They claimed I didn’t email the correct email address for inquiry although it was taken directly off of their email under the “contact us” section. They have a 5 day shipping policy but think they’re protected because they say “it may take longer with sales.” 15 days later with no shipping is not acceptable. I’ve spoken to an attorney that assured me they arent protected as there is a reasonable expectation for service, and 15 days isn’t beyond that. By law, they must detail exactly how long it will take them to ship so they buyer has the opportunity it’s to make an informed decision as to whether they want to wait for the item. No buyer would reasonable think 15 days is acceptable when their normal policy is 5 days. DO NOT order anything from this company. They admitted in email that they’re busting timelines with over 1/2 of their orders. If you don’t want to have your money stolen, DO NOT use this company. If they do ship the items, I’m sure they will deliberately damage them. I’m just waiting for this to play out so I can file a police report for theft and/or destruction of property.
