DO NOT BUY FEOM THEM !!! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!! Its been a month since I ordered from them. My order is not even processed. The status never changed. I asked multiple times to cancel, and they just never did. They just telling you lies that make no sense. So i lost my money

This company flagged my previous truthful review, I even got into with trustpilot themselves for allowing that to happen. Do not order from this website, the two ppl they have answering emails/phones are very rude and make you feel as though it is your problem not theirs. Tell me why it’s okay to take someone’s hard earn money immediately take months (if your lucky) to receive mediocre items. They catch you with the 20-30% off cause we all love discounts, but the least this company can do before they decide to rename their website (they’ve done it before) again; is to be honest with their customers. All we want as consumers is transparency, which we don’t get from this company. Say it on your website: (WE TAKE MONTHS TO FULFILL YOUR ORDER, & WE MAY NOT HAVE HALF THE THINGS YOU ORDERED). Your possible outcomes: 1.) we robbed you 2.) it’s called Magick, cause one day your shipment will appear out of nowhere cause you gave up on it, 3.) After tirelessly trying to get into contact with someone you’ll get an irate Isabel or forgot the other woman’s name on the phone giving you a lie as an excuse. 4.) If you would like to wait another eternity, you can take the Magickal gamble in waiting for your items to come with a kiss my behind 5% discount, 5.) We can partially tell you the truth, tell you we don’t have some of your items in stock, and lastly, 6.) We can refund if we don’t put up a fight with a gosh darn lie that we already sent it when we know dang well we haven’t. Literally, put a DISCLAIMER. Lucky for this company it only takes one mess up & coming across this forum to realize we won’t ever place another order with yall. So you got us once, and there is lots of ppl in this earth, that’s why you haven’t gone under yet. Get better, do better, there’s lots of better ways to go about running a business. This unethical approach isn’t going to help your business grow.

Been a month and my order still hasn’t shipped

Awful company! I placed an order on March 31 during their 30% off sale. It is now April 18 and I’ve emailed three different times asking about an order status and all I get back is a generic email from Isabel telling me that due to the sale, shipping is being delayed. I’m very disappointed that nowhere on the website does it say shipping could take up to or more than one month. I don’t know how big or small this company is, but if they only have one person doing the shipping, it still wouldn't take a month to get orders out. Don’t appreciate the generic emails and not getting an actual answer from this company. I placed an order for more than $100 worth of items and nothing. I wouldnt recommend this company to anybody! If they’re incapable of shipping within a timely manner like they state on their website (5 to 7 days within the United States), then they shouldn’t be in business. I emailed them yet again asking for a refund if I can’t get an order status within 4 to 5 days because I’m tired of waiting for this order. Not sure how they’re so highly rated on this website since they have more one star reviews than anything.

I placed an order on March 17th. Mind you this is only coming from California and I live in Tennessee. Weeks I waited with no update to the status of my order. I finally emailed customer service in about a week later got a response that I could either cancel my order or receive a 5% discount for the delayed shipping. Since someone actually answered me I chose to wait and receive the 5% discount. It has now been over a solid month with my package supposedly having a shipping label created 7 days ago but has not made it to the post office. After reading similar reviews I am in agreeance that this company is a scam. If I ever receive a refund or the product I will update my review.

Absolutely awful!!!! It's been 3 weeks and my order hasn't shipped yet They told me that it has shipped 3 days ago. These people apparently don't realize that our phones tell us exactly what is going on with the package and the fact is USPS still does not have it so it will be well over a month since I placed my order before I get anything!

It takes months to get your order. I ordered something on March 10 and as of April 15th, nothing. I get an email saying it shipped, only to see that a label was created and it is still in CA. This is the third order with them and every time it is the same. Well, the third time is definitely the charm, this will be the last time I deal with these clowns. Avoid them like the black plague.

DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered on 3/11. My items have been in "pre-shipping" since 4/11 & today is 4/16. I've gotten zero updates from the company - I have had to check my order status daily.
