30 days and still my orders have not shipped. Then I get an email saying that one of the orders have shipped and 7 days later when I checked the status of the order it has still not left the facility. I have canceled all of my orders I do not know how long it's going to take them to refund my money but this was just the worst experience do not waste your time or your money on this business.

You get NOTHING! They take money. Pretend to ship. Send NOTHING! Total scam. Frauds. Avoid.

I have placed three orders from Magick.com. I have not received any of them. I placed them on February 10th. 12th & March 1st. They have created their labels and they're still in California. I have started a dispute with them through Shop/Affirm.

Ordered on March 11th and again March 22nd and still haven’t received my orders. I have asked for a refund and no response. Had to download the Shop app to track my order. Received a notification from Shop on April 6th and April 10th saying my order was shipped but when I checked they had not even been dropped off at the post office. My packages are just sitting there. Beyond frustrating. They use the sale as an excuse for delay but the sale has been going on forever. I would just prefer my money back then waiting indefinitely for my order.

I ordered a Valentines Day gift in January and still have not received my order or the refund that I requested. BEWARE!!

If I could I would give 0 stars. I ordered over a month ago and every email I get says they're backlogged but won't say when they plan to ship order. Today at 3am I received and email that my order was delivered but come on who is working at that time of night? Don't bother with this company they're scammers. Quick to take your money and the excuses but when you ask for a refund somehow 30min later it has been delivered come on now.

I ordered from this site during a sale which they have continued to use an excuse for not even attempting to send my item I ordered 20th of last month. 3 weeks later not even a tracking number. They won’t assure me of a refund. I believe this business is going out and wishes to rob their last clientele.

It has been a month and a half and I still haven't received my order. I first emailed 10 days after and was told it would be out the next week. Now that I'm asking for a refund I'm being told it's still being processed TO GO OUT. I'm so upset because they looked like the perfect place for me to use as a wholesaler for my small business. I'm pretty sure after further investigation that this website is a scam. They have been beating around the bush for the last 7 days with issuing a refund. Initially I was told I would relieve a refund confirmation within 2-3 business days, that was last Monday. I would take your business elsewhere.
