Fraud company please stay away. Placed order for one green and black candle back in late March 2024. Order did not “ship” until a month later and even then it took two weeks for the package to be sent to the post office after a label was created. Finally received the package in May 2024 only to have been given a completely different item than what was ordered. Please use discernment and stay away. Shop with better companies such as Suerteluck and Originalbotanica instead for better service.

Placed my order on April 22--website said it would ship in 2-5 business days. More than two weeks later still no update and no tracking number. I emailed customer service and got a form letter back about how their backlogged because they recently had a big sale. How is that the customer's problem? I replied with a cancellation request...but judging from the other reviews on this site, I'm probably going to have to end up filing a chargeback. I shopped here as a last resort, enticed by a hard-to-find item that was out of stock other places. Probably, it's out of stock at this store, too. I suspect they have few staff and little inventory, and are just floating buyers' money and shipping crap if/when they can get ahold of it. Garbage store, please stay away.

6 weeks later and still waiting for my package to ship :(

Fix your delay problem, get better inventory control, you might just might improve your score and since you haven't responded in like a year you don't even care. Sad! warehouse to cancel your order and issue a refund. You should receive a refund notification within the next 48-72 business hours as long as the order has not already been shipped. Please note there is a delay between the shipping software and your order page, so your order might have already been processed. If your order has been processed it cannot be canceled. In the event it has not been processed, and you would like to wait, I can offer you an additional 5% off.

Placed an order March 26. 1-3 days for the order to be shipped. It is currently May 2, and I still don't have the product. It was "shipped" April 11, but has been sitting at the same (I imagine fake) location since. Platitudes from what I can only believe is a fake customer service agent for the last month. Will be filing a chargeback with my credit card. Go literally anywhere else for your magic supplies.

Worst customer service, it’s literally like talking to a brick wall because NOBODY answers. I’ve been trying to get the status on my order that I placed on April 10th and I’m pretty much at the point where I don’t even want my items anymore I just want my money back. Complete waste of time and money and a scam.

Total scam site. I placed an order at the beginning of the year, and have reached out more than once. Never recieved items, and it’s almost May.

Weeks now and the products have not come. This company does not answer their phone, they send generic emails, and after a while they don't answer your emails. They take your money and then leave you hanging without the merchandise. They have the worst customer service. I don't know how they are still allowed to stay in business and allowed to scam customers, repeatedly.
