I saw Mad Rabbit on an episode of Shark Tank and looked into it. I have several tats and thought I'd order the vanilla/coconut balm and try it out. I thought it has to be at least as good as baby oil - right? I received my order in Tulsa, Ok pretty quick and can tell you it does everything they say it does and smells great too!! Wayyy better than baby oil!

I haven’t received my order yet but my communication with Rebecca has been excellent. I was very pleased to receive an email from her letting me know the status of my order. I will definitely be ordering from them again if their product is as good as their customer service support team. Diane T

Wow! I love it! The product came so quickly too.I bought 3 and everyone I gave 1 to loves it as well- Thank you Leah and the rest of the the great customer service team for making this a personal experience.

I’m very impressed with Mad Rabbit and I haven’t even used their product yet!! I recently moved and didn’t realize my address had not been updated on my Apple Pay until it was too late. I sent an email right away asking to change the shipping address, but with their speedy processing, my order had already been sent out. Instead of just letting me deal with the consequences of not getting everything updated, their customer service followed up to see if my order had been forwarded. When they found out it had not, they resent the order to me at my new address—arriving next Monday. I can’t wait to see how the product works and I will definitely be back to order more products. Their care for the customer is all I need to know to be a long time customer!!

Great customer service and fast shipping

Can't say enough how pleased I am with all the great products and amazing service from Mad Rabbit! You guys are the best!

My experience was amazing and Rebecca was nothing short of perfect.

The Mad Rabbit website is one of the easiest websites I’ve used. Easy to find what I’m looking for and great customer service.
