Repair and aftercare products are amazing...Best stuff on the market! I had questions and concerns before buying and JENNA answered all questions thoroughly and gave me confidence to place my order with MadRabbit. Jenna was simply wonderful to work with, thank you again Jenna and MadRabbit!

Leah (from Mad Rabbit Tattoo) was excellent! Customer service seems to be a #1 priority with this company. (Along with product satisfaction) I appreciate the quality of their customer relations team. As a consumer, customer service is just as important as the product I am interested in and/or purchasing. Highly rated company. Honest review from a real customer.

This stuff is the real deal! I just got a new tat and not problems at all with it - immediately started using it on the tattoo and the colors remain vivid and not flaking and itching! Love this stuff

I never expected to have my own personal representative, Leah. It was such a great surprise and just shows that Mad Rabbit is truly about the customers and stepping up the game. I can promise you I will be a loyal customer and I can wait to receive my product.

Outstanding company, had an issue with shipping, made contact with customer care who was professional and immediately fixed the issue. Great product highly recommended makes your tattoos more vibrant with no sticky residue left behind! Very impressed will be buying more!

I love the frankincense and lavender balm to protect my ink as it ages. It moisturizes so well, I have been using it on spots without ink as well. Excellent customer service also!! When I need to change my order, Jenna helped me quickly via email. No hanging on the phone waiting for a human to speak to, uh!!

As soon as I placed my order Rebecca reached out saying she'll be there to help with anything I need. I'm putting 3 stars now as I have yet to receive my order. I will update later, but I'm sure it'll be 5 if the product is as good as the customer service! Edit: soothing gel working good on my new tattoo! Can't wait to get more tattoos to use this product more!
