Saw Mad Rabbit Tattoo Enhance Cream originally on Instagram and then saw it on Shark Tank. Decided to order some and I am not disappointed. First of all their customer service is top notch...Sarah from Mad Rabbit was in constant contact keeping me updated through email on the delivery of my order. I was really anticipating receiving it (Coconut Vanilla was the scent I choose) and literally used it as soon as I got back from my mailbox. It truly brings back the vibrancy of your tattoos! All my ink is in black but the Enhance Cream made my 9 tattoos look fresh again. The ingredients are good for your skin, which I am not surprised, and when you are 54 years old you can use all the help you can get, lol! I am really pleased and will definitely be a repeat customer!

I love these products. After placing my second order I did experience a problem with my order being lost but Sarah went above and beyond to investigate and solve my problem. It's employees like Sarah that will keep me and I'm sure countless others happy customers!

With my 1st order of the tattoo cream, I had a problem with the product. It was not a smooth consistency and did not go on my skin easily. I emailed Mad Rabbit, and their customer service was excellent. They sent me a free replacement and a discount coupon. They are fast and super nice, and I'm now a new loyal customer!

Although support is only through email, the team is very responsive AND helpful. The company honored a discount coupon which involved a little assistance and refund, with no questions asked - just assistance!

I ordered the balm and was very impressed with the quality that I ordered it a second time. However, the texture was grainier and more difficult to put on without having it come out as clumps and fall on the floor. I reached out and the representative was very professional, gave me good advice, and ultimately offered to send a replacement which I really appreciated.
