I love their products and the customer service!!

I am very pleased with the products especially with the lotion. My tattoo looks better than ever. Plus customer service is great, one of the products got damaged during transport and they helped resolve the issue quick and i received the replacement very quick as well. Overall i am a happy customer.

MadRabbitTattoo has excellent products across the full spectrum of tattoo care! Outstanding online service and support from ordering items, to follow up on order processing and items have shipped. I have been a regular customer, as preservation of all my skin artwork is important-my skin artwork remains an investment in me. I was recently impressed as a new maintenance lotion they released that ordered had spilled inside the packaging as the dispenser was broken during shipment (they use a third party delivery service). No fuss, no issue MadRabbitTattoo (Leah who was great) immediately replied to my email, understood my concern, and processed a replacement-wasnt even MadRabbit’s fault, i think it was crushed by the deliverer. BL, they stand behind their products and their customers! Highly recommend all their products.

I was so excited to for my son and I try this product! I read the reviews on multiple products and saw the new Daily Lotion Product! Instantly bought it. After receiving the product via FedEx, I noticed the product was not in a box and was damaged as I was pulling it out of the FedEx bag. I took pictures, sent an email to the help desk requesting how to proceed, and received a very helpful response from customer service rep Leah. She addressed my concern and fixed it with giving me options on how I’d like to proceed. I’m receiving an exchange and excited to use the product! I will def be purchasing product from Mad Rabbit Tattoo.
