Amazing product even more amazing customer service!

Products are awesome! But when your package arrives having exploded in the shipping packaging, that sucks. Contacted CS over a weekend and was promptly helped on the following Monday. Rebecca was very helpful and issued a replacement for the damaged product. The replacement arrived fast and in better packaging with no damages. Thanks Rebecca!

Excellent attention

Great company with a great product. I have a half sleeve on my right arm and the balm keeps it looking brand new. Their customer service is also great. Rebecca was prompt to answer any questions I had with shipping. Very kind and polite.

I have no issues with the product, company or the customer service. All are great. Took away a start based only on the shipping. My first order arrived damaged, lotion exploded everywhere. No big deal Mad Rabbit offered to send me a new one! Only issue I had was they packaged it in an envelope, so I would suggest to them to updated their packaging to possibly using more of box of some sort.

I have tried the MadRabbit balm and Loved it so I wanted to try the MadRabbit lotion. I Love their products and they have the Best customer service. I had an issue with my last order and Jenna was very quick to correct and resolve it in a timely manner that I am very Happy with. I will definitely be buying all their tattoo products for my tattoos from now on.
