My tats were looking pretty dry. I saw your balm advertised on Facebook and gave it a try. It brightened my tattoos nicely and kept them looking good all day.

I’m a tattoo newbie, so I ordered some repair gel prior to getting inked so I would have it. I don’t have anything to compare it to since this was my first tat (shoulder/chest/back area- it’s pretty big for a first timer, or at least that’s what everyone has said) but it hasn’t really been sore since I’ve used the gel, and it’s healing nicely! I’ll definitely be purchasing the balm for long-term maintenance on my art investment!

If when examining a new product and a bit skeptical about whether you should try it or not…do yourselves a favor and definitely try it, you will not be disappointed. This was just a whim, but man let me tell you this is an awesome product.

I had seen Mad Rabbit advertising and was thinking about it when my husband and I both got new ink this summer. I ordered the kit and was excited to share it with my husband. Wow! I’ve never been treated so well as a customer! I saw a handful of ads on Instagram around the time I was thinking about a new tattoo. I finally caved and purchased the new tattoo kit. Shortly after it arrived, I saw an email from customer service and was surprised a real person’s name (Leah!) was on the email. A week or so later, I received a duplicate box. It was SO SO SO nice to realize I didn’t have to go searching for the answer; I just emailed Leah. She was happy to help and quick to respond. I’ve got the new tattoo and been using the products. Love them and love the team behind them!

I started using MadRabbit in 2021 I got the soothing gel and balm. I absolutely love the soothing gel I used that right after I got my half sleeve started along with the balm after the peeling started I will forever use MadRabbit. I wish I could work remotely for them as a customer service representative with their wholesale clients!

Excellent product! The Balm works very well with the first use! Easy to apply! A little goes a long way! Doesn’t leave a greasy mess and remains visible for several hours while it absorbs! Will certainly buy more and even recommend Mad Rabbit to my tattoo Artist!
