I’ve ordered the SPF and after trying it a few times and deciding it’s not for me, I was able to get a full refund thanks to the really nice customer service.

Placed an order for Tattoo Balm. I received the package in a timely manner. However, it was just the package and no product. Upon further review of the package it had been cut and my product was taken. I immediately reached out to Mad Rabbits Customer support and they replaced the item free of charge.

The product been using for almost a year now and I love it , the service to is incredible, shout out to Stacey for helping me with subscription problems she’s awesome!

30 day satisfaction guarantee is null and void if you open the product and are unsatisfied. Make that make sense. Talk to your artist before making the decision to purchase from this company.
