I am very pleased with the prompt response I received from this company, I sent alot of emails requesting quotes for different items, and always got a soon answer, even on the chat. I apreciatte this very much since I am very bussy and need to give answers to the engineers ASAP, thank you MAD MATTER! I will surely keep purchasing from you.

I couldn't be happier with my purchases and the customer service from MadMatter. I ordered 3 different WaterHog mats; 2 arrived as ordered, and the other one was the wrong color. I sent an email, received a reply almost immediately, and they verified that the 3rd mat was not as ordered. Within a week the new mat arrived. Gary from Customer Service kept me apprised of the situation, and sent me an email when he knew it had shipped out FedEx. Thank you so much!! Will definitely buy again when the need arises! I happened upon Mad Matter in a Google search. Obviously, there's a lot of companies out there. One phone call to Gary, though and I learned what excellent customer service is. I thought I knew what I wanted to order, but Gary directed me to the perfect floor mats for our commercial greenhouses. Really perfect, so I order another 1,000 from him, and am in the process of ordering some custom logo rugs. Despite the fact that my order size is not huge compared to his other customers, Gary has been extremely tenacious in helping me through my indecisiveness. Also, the web site is really nice, isn't it?

We are so very pleased with our experience from start to finish with the Mad Matter. Having very little knowledge about ordering matts, sizing and fitting was always going to be an issue. Gary made sure everything went as smoothly as possible insuring to errors were made and a prompt delivery was made. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase high quality, accurate, personalized matts.

Shipped exactly as ordered. Color, size, backing correct on both rugs. Update on shipping and delivery was good. Nice rugs, already had one in the kitchen so knew the quality was good.

Was completely satisfied with the customer service we received! Installing a recessed aluminum entry mat can be a little tedious, from providing the support needed to create an accurate template, to fabricating and delivering material to meet our project schedule I would have to grade Mad Matter 100 out of 100. Have done a few projects with these mats, and have had the same positive experience consistently. We have had zero issues and Gary is always responsive.

I am so pleased with my entire experience with Mad Matter! I ordered the gel pro NewLife Designer Comfort Mat 3/4" (20"x32") in cranberry leather grain. It is so comfortable on tired kitchen legs and a nice elegant color and texture. When I contacted customer service to inquire about my shipment date, Gary was so pleasant and helpful. He emailed me quickly with answers to my questions and now I have this great mat for my mother for Christmas at half the price of other stores! Thank you so much! I'll definitely be getting one for myself soon
