This is probably the best rug I could have gotten to put in my store. Quality of the rug, the feel, and artwork was all up to par. Thank you guys at Mad Matter for your services and helping me find what was suitable for me and my business.

I purchased two entryway rugs for my home from Mad Matter. When they arrived, they weren't what I'd expected—not as thick as I'd hoped from the website description. When I contacted them, they went out of their way to help me. If I had contacted them before I ordered, I'm sure I would've found the perfect rug. They were very knowledgable and friendly, and had plenty of options for what I was looking for. They let me return the rugs I'd purchased at no cost to me. I was extremely impressed with their service. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because the description of the rug was inaccurate: it advertised a rug 3/8" thick, but I received rugs 3/16" thick.

Thanks for the review Amy. Sorry for the confusion on the mat thickness. We normally put a 3/8" thickness on entrance mats to allow for door clearance issues. Door swings and thresholds usually require a 3/8" clearance. Generally speaking, mat backings are about 1/8" in thickness plus the surface fibers which can vary in thickness. Simple vacuuming can also fluff up the fibers to bring the pile up that may have crushed during fabrication and shipping.

I love being asked to review a product that I have not even received yet. Very slooooow service.

Sorry for the delay. It looks as if the shipper may have lost your order. I put another one on order and it should ship out this week. My apologies.

So grateful in not falling in the shower anymore.

Very happy with the delivery, packaging, and easy to roll out to place on the floor. The quality is perfect for the needs. A little thinner than I expected but again perfect for the needs. Very happy with this product and would order again for the price and the quality.
