Cindy, We apologize for the delay and the inconvenience. Although I am not certain way the website will not let you place a payment, sometimes if the address does not match the billing address that is used for the debit/credit card, the payment will not go through. We can trouble shoot this and see if that might be the case. This order was missed by our manufacture and we are taking steps to make this right. The product is being shipped overnight and you should receive this tomorrow. We are also refunding the shipping charge and applying a discount to the item due to the delay and issues on this.
