I have ordered 8-10 chairs from Madison seating, including two Herman Miller Remastered and 6-8 Leap V2's. They provide these chairs at a great value. All except one arrived in excellent condition, and they quickly resolved the chair that was damaged during shipping.

I ordered an open box Steelcase chair for a very fair price. Shipping was crazy fast-- I received it 2 days after placing the order. It did arrive damaged, but customer support responded to me right away and resolved the issue. They are now sending me a new chair free of charge, no hassle to me.

The price for the chair I order was the best I could find through an exhaustive search. The chair arrived ahead of schedule . There was an issue with the chair when it arrived.
