I ordered a Steelcase Leap V2 chair. The chair had some issues, but customer service promptly addressed them and sent a replacement chair.

I ordered a great Herman Miller chair from Madison Seating. It arrived but there was an issue. The team quickly helped me find a resolution. Very satisfied with the customer service and the product.

I ordered three chairs ( Steelcase and Herman Miller) for my office The chairs were all received timely and were in great condition One however was damaged in transit. I reached out to the company via email and they responded within 24 hours even though they were closed for a holiday. Madison seating is sending out replacement chair. I feel that I am getting quality chairs at a bargain price ( with a little patience).

Madisonseating's customer service and delivery were great and accommodating during my order experience. My chair arrived a full week earlier than expected. When the chair arrived, it had been slightly damaged during the shipping process. Madisonseating address my concerns immediately, apologized for the inconvenience and provided not one, but more than several options to adequately address the issue. This is how customer service is suppose to work. I'd definitely look to do business with them again when another need arises.

I ordered a chair that several colleagues had recommended and was so excited to receive it so quickly! Unfortunately, there was an issue with the pneumatic cylinder. At first I was disappointed that I could not speak with anyone vs corresponding through e-mail, as explaining it in writing was difficult. However, Madison did offer a resolution that has made me a happy endorser for them! I now join my colleagues in recommending them for office equipment!

Madison Seating has a great price on professionally refurbished chairs. Their customer service team is very responsive and aims to provide great service. I ordered a Steel Case Leap V2 Chair and receieved a defective chair, but they went out of their way to remedy this incident and therefore I applaud the product & service.
