i ordered a Steelcase Leap v2 chair. It arrived earlier than the quoted 10-14 business days, which was great. Though each piece was packaged well, one of the levers was broken. Support was responsive about getting another chair sent out. I haven't received it yet, but am looking forward to it. It's a great price for a great chair.

Knoll Office Chair - exactly what I wanted, great back support in a chair that will last a long time. I had a little problem with the hydraulic up/down feature which may have been damaged while shipping. Contacted customer service and they managed it within 24 hrs. Also - shipper brought the huge box right to my door which is a big positive.

I received the steelcase leap 2 in good condition, already mostly assembled in fact, and it's a really nice chair. As stated, shipping takes a while especially from New Jersey to California, but after about 3 days for the order to process it only took another 7 or so for the chair to arrive. Being as this saved me about $140-$200 off a similar used chair on Amazon, I'd say the wait was worth it. Customer service was also very responsive in resolving a minor misunderstanding, that the hardwood wheels are not rubberized. This is stated but a little hard to find on their website. I needed those wheels to reduce noise, and not their recut wheels for slightly better movement. For them, since rubberized are similarly $35 on Amazon, I'd suggest just carrying those instead

Great price if you can bare the wait. I purchased my Steelcase Leap V2 chair on December 31st. Shipping was to Memphis, TN. Their website clearly stated that shipping would take 10-14 business days, not including weekends. On January 12th, I asked for a status update and received a kind reply back right away letting me know that it hasn't yet been 10-14 business days. On January 17th, I asked for another status update and I then received a call letting me know that there was a mix up in the shipping details. Finally, on January 21st, I received my email that my chair shipped and I received it in my home two days later. Chair is in awesome shape and now that I have it I feel much better, especially since I got it at a 70% discount! Thanks Madison Seating.

Ordered two chair one was delivered perfect. The other chair had a broken arm. Called Madison customer service as soon as it arrived took picture of the problem and sent it to customer service. Customer service was great a replacement chair is on it way. If I order chairs again I will order them from Madison. Due to their customer service.

We've purchased a number of open box Steelcase Leap chairs and in general have been happy with the speedy shipping and quality of the items received. Recently one of the chairs started breaking down after about a month of use, customer service was quick and responsive but ultimately required that a positive review be written before attempting to resolve the issue. I look forward to editing this post in the near future with only un-asteriked positive things to say after my current issues is resolved.
