I was hesitant when ordering from madisonseating.com, because of their dubious reputation and strong criticism from some reviewers. They seem to have a flexible return policy, so I was willing to take the risk. My chair arrived earlier than expected and is in excellent condition. I assumed the chair would be used and well-worn...but it seems to be brand new. Everything works well, my chair is very comfy and I am very happy I went with them.

I recently ordered a Steelcase Leap v2 from Madison Seating. The price is fair and the deal looks great. The seat comes with one side broken. It is impossible to fix and the broken part makes the chair unstable. I contacted customer service and they offered me two options: 1) they will ship me a brand new one for replacement; 2) a 100% refund. I took the refund since I have already bought another chair from the local store to avoid waiting. Throughout the entire process, the customer service team has been very responsive and nice. Although the chair is damaged during the shipping process, my overall experience is very positive. I would check this place again if I need to buy another chair in the future.

First I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron. It arrived in great condition, however, it just wasn't as comfortable as I thought. I shipped it back (at my cost) for 100% refund of the chair. I then purchased a Steelcase leap V2 chair. It arrived broken where the chair back meets the seat (box was VERY beat up too). Otherwise, the fabric and materials are in excellent condition. They are shipping a replacement free of charge. Throughout this customer service has been very responsive. Usually within a couple hours of contact. I will update this review when the new chair arrives.

Bought a chair from them. I had some questions and customer service was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone. The chair came as promised, and price could not have been better, I will definitely be ordering next time again
