Thank you Madison Seating for being responsive and helping me get my new desk chair in these crazy times. I ordered a chair to work from home in comfort and ergo safety during COVID. There were some delays in getting the chair shipped due to shutdowns, but when I inquired about my chair status, MS was always very responsive. The chair arrived with a lever missing and again MS was very responsive and said they'd send a replacement chair right away. I appreciate the responsive and helpful customer service.

Due to COVID situation it took them 1.8 months to ship the chair I bought. Once the chair arrived (it was “open box“) I discovered that it had a broken part. Technical support could be improved as they made some assumptions bordering with an insult of my intelligence, but eventually Customer Service responded with a satisfactory resolution proposal. Hopefully the replacement comes just as quickly and without any defects.

I ordered an ergonomic office chair from Madisonseating so that I could work comfortably from home during the Coronavirus pandemic. The chair was delivered with simple instructions for assembly. Once assembled, the seat of the chair was not leveled and tilted to one side. I contacted the company and their customer service department promptly and positively responded. In order to mitigate any further inconvenience to me, they offered to resolve the issue with an immediate replacement chair, free of charge, without having me repackage the defective chair and then waiting for it to return to the company before shipping me a new one. Customer service appears to be a top priority for Madisonseating. I appreciated the expedient resolution.

There seems to be a lot of bad reviews, so I hope this gives future buyers some confidence. It should be well-known that office chairs, in general, DO take time to ship from most sellers. You can even go on the Herman Miller website and many of their chairs take 7-8 weeks to ship. So I knew this upon purchasing from Madison Seating. I ordered a fully loaded Herman Miller Aeron from Madison seating and it just arrived yesterday. I, too, was nervous about trying at first but so far I am VERY pleased. The seat cushions and back support are in perfect condition with no blemishes, and the rest of it looks good. Madison Seating was very transparent in the fact that their products are "open box" or refurbished. I saved about $700-$800 by purchasing from them. It's worth a shot, and NO am in no way affiliated or paid by the company for this review! Very happy with my purchase, so glad I did not pay full price!

I ordered couple of chairs from them, during covid-19. They were able to deliver the product. When I had problems with them, they were also able to help me with returns. Hassle free service.

I ordered a Steelcase Leap V2 chair from Madison Seating on recommendation from my employer's ergo group since I'm now WFH. I contacted Madison Seating through email about two issues with the chair upon arrival, there have been delays on their responses due to Covid-19. (The seat won't raise or lower and the back has a crack.) They have sent me a link to a YouTube video and I've tried following the instructions to fix the cylinder but the video is not very clear. I do hope they create a new, more professional, clearer video to assist with this issue. It appears from reading other reviews that it is a common issue. I will be receiving a new chair and will update my review once I have a working chair. :)

After a little mix-up with the billing info not allowing them to bill me, I got a phone call apologizing and ensuring the order would be going out with only a couple extra day delay. That personal touch of a person call was a nice touch. Suggestion for Madison Seating: provide the Tracking ID or an update on when we as customers can expect to get the tracking ID.
