I was a little hesitant to buy from Madison Seating because the prices seemed "too good to be true." I've had an Aeron chair in my office for many years, so when my wife started working from home several days/week I decided to get her one, too! While I was at it I picked up two more Steelcase chairs for some of my staff. Everything arrived by Fedex within a few days, in huge & sturdy boxes. The chairs were well-packaged with tons of heavy duty bubble wrap, and putting them together was a breeze. One of the Steelcase chairs had a broken knob, and the Madison Seating service people immediately resolved the issue. Their customer service only works by email, but they are FAST - as in I wrote an inquiry and had a response in under 5 minutes. I am very happy that I went with Madison Seating - their prices are amazing, shipping is super fast, and customer service is truly exceptional. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Despite many negative reviews, I decided to take a chance on buying an Aeron chair because it was the best price I could find online. I must say that I am very satisfied with my purchase, and my chair arrived in great condition!

Hello, we purchased a Black Leap Chair for our office from Madison Seating and unfortunately it has a defect issue which I brought to their customer service teams attention. They responded very quickly and provided a replacement chair due to the defective order. I was very pleased with their response time and attention to this matter by providing us with a new replacement chair.

I ordered an open box embody chair from Madison. The chair arrived on time and was in solid condition I was disappointed to see that the bottom wheels/casters broke during transit. However, when I emailed customer service, they quickly responded to my message and sent me replacement wheels for free. There’s a few negative reviews here so I wanted to balance them with my positive experience. Would buy from them again.
