Very good sales support, I called twice to get additional information and both times the sales rep was very helpful. I registered and completed the purchase on the website, it was quick and easy. I am hoping the the new Steel Case Leap Chair I ordered ships quickly, arrives within 9 days and is in almost like new condition without any shipping damage. So far I am very happy with my first Madison Seating Experience

I ordered from Madison Seating because they had what I wanted (Herman Miller Mirra chair) at a great price. Their shipping policy and timeframes were clearly posted on the site, and my order arrived earlier than expected! I did contact customer service with a question about shipping, and their response was prompt and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

All in all everything went well. Delivery was delayed but e-mail response was quick. After delivery there was a small issue which they rectified very promptly. Because the customer service was good, they were very professional and accommodating, and the price was way lower than anywhere else they earn 5 stars.

As far as their open box specials are concerned, I have been placing orders for my company with Madisonseating.com since 2012. We have never had an issue with the quality of the chairs. We saved thousands of dollars and received nothing less than top notch chairs. We requested warranty service on a few arms, as many of our employees tend to push the chair under the desk. The warranty service was seamless and interacting with the customer service staff was great. If you are looking to receive quality brand name chairs at the lowest prices around, this is the website for you.

I'm reversing an original review. There was some slight miscommunication (I believe both of us were to blame) around a return, but in the end, Madison Seating really stepped up. I previously purchased an Aeron chair from them and that was a great experience too. Highly recommended.
