Our office was in desperate need of 14 new chairs but had been stalling on buying due to the cost - many chairs in the high hundreds. A colleague found MadisonSeating where the chairs were discounted heavily. I was skeptical but reaching out to their customer service was easy and they responded quickly to assure me they offered only quality products. I placed an order for 14 leap chairs for the office. They arrived within a few days in perfect condition. Everyone in the office was so happy about the new chairs! (We did have one hiccup with the delivery carrier but MadisonSeating stepped in and communicated on my behalf. Their customer service was very helpful.) We were so impressed we are now ordering more chairs!

I had a great experienced with Madisonseating.I bought few of the executive chair from their. The executive chair was perfect . The Staff is super helpful and The product is excellent. Plus the Chair looked beautiful.

I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron chair for well below MSRP from them - it's in like new condition and although the order said "assembly required" it was actually just 2 pieces (the back of the chair and the rest of the chair) which went together easily. The rest of the chair was already assembled, and it came well-packed with bubble wrap and plastic bags over the chair parts to protect from the elements.

The Coffee table, the office chair with its matching desk -- so far everything we've gotten via Madisonseating.com has been as described, easy to assemble and amazing just amazing quality. We spend quite a lot of their staff time getting answers Is this furniture solid wood? What wood exactly? What is the weight limit on this chair or that love seat? How are returns handled? etc. etc, etc With the result that we have never had to use their generous return policy. We will definetly get many more things here for sure!!
