I purchased a chair from Madison Seating a year ago and because of the great value, I purchased two more office chairs this year. Customer service has been great when I had a small issue and the chairs I received were exactly as advertised.

Madison Seating offers incredible values on top of the line office seating combined with great customer service. I was able to find the best price on a Steelcase chair on their website. When I had some questions, their responsive and friendly customer service staff responded promptly. The order was shipped quickly and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I highly recommend Madison Seating for used and new office seating. Will certainly be shopping with them again.

I've purchased five chairs from Madison Seating through Ebay in separate orders, and every time, the experience has been fantastic! The ordering process was easy, and each chair arrived on time and in perfect condition. The quality is excellent, and they are look brand new. What impressed me most was the consistency in their service—each order was handled smoothly, and customer support was always helpful and responsive. Madison Seating has definitely earned my trust, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality office furniture at great prices!

I’ll be honest—I was hesitant to buy from Madison Seating at first because of some of the negative reviews. But I decided to take a chance and ordered a Herman Miller Aeron Chair (Size B) through their eBay store, knowing I could return it if I wasn’t happy. Well, I’m glad I did. The chair arrived quickly, was very well packaged, and came in perfect condition. Assembly was simple, and the chair is extremely comfortable. My wife is in love with it, and I definitely scored some points with this one! This was one of the best prices I found anywhere online, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Madison Seating earned this five-star review. Let’s be real—any company shipping thousands of chairs a year is bound to have a few unhappy customers, but in my case, they absolutely delivered. Highly recommended.

Madison responded immediately to our inquiry and resolved the issues quickly and to our 100% satisfaction. Thx for taking some of the stress out of our move!
