I purchased a steel-case leap v2 chair from their eBay store. The shipment was honestly, extremely fast - I received the chair within a few days from Jersey to Florida. However, I did receive a broken chair but It seemed to be an issue with FedEx delivery and NOT Madison seating. The chairs are advertised as new but they’re clearly refurbished as I expected and that’s fine because they feel new and at that price point you won’t get a chair that comfortable. It’s definitely worth it. Don’t waste your money buying a new chair at that price point you’ll regret it after a few hours. After I connected with them through email and sending some images of the broken chair. They offered me a 50% refund to keep the chair. I declined this resolution because I have no use for a broken chair and I’m not wasting my time trying to fix it. Their second resolution was for me to keep the broken chair and they sent me another chair. I accepted this offer and I received the chair within a few days again and the chair works perfect. It’s extremely comfortable. I love it. This a $1200 chair and I paid $350 and now I have 2 chairs. And I can have a guest sit on if needed. Their customer service is very good, I think that maybe scammers and people without patience give bad reviews because that’s not the experience I received. Things happen, and it’s sometimes not in their control and even then they try their absolute best to make it right. As they did with me. I recommend them 100% just be patient.

I bought a Freedom Chair by Humanscale from Madison Seating for my home office. It is very comfortable. However, I had some problems is the leather being peeled off and madisonseating.com was very helpful and responsive in offering to replace the chair!

So I ordered a nice leather Steelcase chair from them with a fancy chrome base, but they contacted me to say that base was actually sold out, so I opted for a black base instead. However, the base that ultimately came with didn't work (seat sat way too low at top height) and I contacted the company. Not once, but twice, I was sent alternative base parts which I appreciated on their part, being that we are on opposite coasts, but sadly, neither seemed to work with this particular chair height-wise. Ultimately, they have agreed to refund the item, which I also appreciate. So long as that happens, I'm pretty satisfied with the customer service, though I have to still hunt for another chair, or at least find a Steelcase bottom part I can buy from a local dealer. But still, I can use the refund to buy the part and have a few bucks left over, so ultimately this didn't go too badly, and they always got back to me/were responsive throughout.

Customer Service was responsive in my case, but same long delivery experience as others, its been near 7 weeks still waiting on my order that was IN STOCK!!!!, now on its way, I only pray it comes in one piece so I don't have to deal with a series of excuses from this seller. Review update from 2star to 4star, the chair arrived today 5/18/21, originally ordered 04/02/21, besides the shipping delay, the chair arrived in new condition with a small line blemish in the back rest. Will contact the seller in regards to this, otherwise I am very happy with the purchase.

I had an issue where my first chair arrived damaged but after contacting them with my issue, they replied within a day and offered to send a replacement. I will update once the replacement chair arrives.

The bad news was that the chair arrived with a cracked frame, disappointing after waiting quite a while for a Covid-caused delay in shipping. The good news was a very fast response from Madison, offering to send a replacement chair within a couple of days, and telling me no need to return the first one. And, they agreed to ship directly to my son-in-law, rather than redelivering to my address, saving my having to get it to its final destination. And, I have bought two other chairs from Madison over the last 4-5 years, with good experiences both times.

We ordered the Leap Chair V2 by Steelcase. On unpacking it we realized that there was damage to the arm of the chair. They offered to simply send us a new chair rather than having us repack up the damaged chair and return it to them. This was the best solution and we look forward to the new chair arriving as soon as possible. Thank you, Madison Seating!

I have rated my overall experience with Madison Seating as 4 star, but my experience with their Support Department was 5 star. I ordered a Steelcase Leap Chair which was attractively priced and was shipped to me on the exact schedule they promised. The problem was it was poorly packed in its box and arrived with the chair frame broken in three places. I immediately tried to get in touch with them by phone, and found it a little annoying that I was forced to communicate with their Service Department via email. Nevertheless, I was extremely surprised to find that they were very quick in responding to my email, and I was very appreciative that they were happy to send me a replacement chair, without even requiring me to send the broken one back (I did send them a picture of it, however). The replacement chair then arrived overnight! I wish MadisonSeating would allow customers to speak directly with their Service Department, but I could not wish for a more helpful team of people to deal with!!!!!
