I have a bad back and my therapist recommended ordering a Leap Chair from Madisonseating.com (this was in April). I love it! Super fast and easy service and the chair really helped. Bought another one for work a couple of weeks ago and it came in on Thursday. Put it together on Friday, but the seat wobbled and it shouldn't. I called customer support and was told to email the team a photo of what had happened. On Monday, the whole thing was resolved! Talk about a quick turn-around! They're sending me out a new chair, free of charge. A big thank you to Andrew, Emily, and Annie for your help!

I ordered a Steelcase Leap chair for my home office from Madison Seating at a fraction of the msrp, the same chair I had for years at the office with excellent support and comfortable seating, especially considering my back issues. The chair arrived damaged in transit. Annie from Madison Seating worked with me to find an acceptable resolution to the issue. Madison Seating offered a replacement at no charge. I'm expecting to receive a replacement soon. Great customer service so far!

I have ordered several times the Steelcase Leap chair for my office. I also ordered recently one for my house. Even though that one arrived damaged in transit, Madison Seating offered a replacement at no charge. Excellent service, fast delivery, great products, low prices. Highly recommended!

Ordered a Leap chair from Madison Seating for a fraction of the cost that I could have gotten it elsewhere. It arrived in excellent condition except the gas cylinder has problems -- apparently this is sometimes an issue based on internet searches. They walked me through troubleshooting but I couldn't get it working so they offered to send me a brand new chair without having to send the old one back. Great customer service so far!
