Great Customer service!! Had some minor damage in shipping. They fixed it straight away. No long hold times or run around, just a quick resolution to the issue

I use a SteeIcase chair at work and decided to purchase a similar Steelcase chair from Madison Seating for my home office. I was disappointed to find that the chair arrived with the back bar cracked in half. I took a picture of the damage and emailed Madison Seating Customer Service about the damage. They responded back the same day and kindly offered to send me a replacement chair without me having to send back the damaged one. I am very satisfied with the Madison Seating staff and how they handled this matter.

I was so impressed with the customer service at Madison Seating. They went above and beyond to accommodate me when I emailed them that 2 chairs came in damaged even if it was much later then their return policy. They made it easy and stress free. I purchased a Steelcase chair for my son as a Christmas present. The chair was very nice but my son found a crack in a bar across the back of the seat. After emailing Madison Seating we now have a new chair on the way and did not have to return the old chair. We are very satisfied with the solution.

Madison Seating Customer Service went above and beyond to resolve and issue! I first learned of Madison Seating because my employer used them for all of our office chairs. I decided to buy a Steelcase Leap for home, just like the one I've used for years at the office. Madison Seating had the chair I wanted for less than half of what I would have spent for the same chair from a retailer. And knowing of their outstanding warranty and stellar reputation, I decided to make the purchase. I was disappointed to see the chair arrived with a small-but-critical defect: part of the back was broken such that the back hangs freely without any support on one side. All it took was an email to the Customer Service and they offered me a replacement chair! I'm very happy with Madison Seating and will certainly shop with them again as well as recommend them to anyone looking for office furniture at discounted prices!

First of all I thought the website was clean and well organized for my needs. I have a small office and needed to purchase eight chairs. They came after placing my order in an efficient manner and well boxed and well cushioned inside the box. Unfortunately two of my chiairs were broken. Madison seating‘s customer service did a great job in resolving the issue. I will definitely purchase more chairs in the future from this company when needed. And I appreciate their customer service. We are VERY pleased with Madisonseating! We ordered a chair for a new employee in our university office and unfortunately, it came to us with shipping damages. When we reached out for assistance, the customer service on the phone was excellent (no wait time, polite representative, clear instructions) and Annie responded to our email within one day. We are not expected to provide return shipping or anything! They are sending us a new one for free. It is refreshing to work with a company who values customer satisfaction and convenience over dollar signs. We will definitely consider Madisonseating for future needs. Thanks!
