I ordered 7 of the same steelcase chairs from Madison Seating and after a few months 1 of the 7 chairs broke. I was instructed by customer service to send an email with a picture of my broken chair. Within the same day I received an email back from their service department letting me know they are going to send me a brand new chair for free and without having to send the broken chair back! Have no complaints about the other 6 chairs. People prefer our conference room over others because of them! Love our chairs and highly recommend Madison Seating!!!

I ordered a chair from Madison seating and the chair I received was damaged. I submitted an email through the website with a picture of the damage (on a Wednesday evening, after normal business hours). I received a response the following Monday and had resolution before close of business. A replacement chair is being shipped and I don't have to worry about the return on the damaged product. I will definitely continue to do business with Madison and refer others. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!

I ordered an office chair from Madison Seating. It arrived damaged. I called customer service, who instructed me to send pictures of the damage. Within a day I was offered an additional discount to keep the chair. However, I did not want a damaged chair and asked for a replacement. The company agreed to send another one at no additional charge, and said I could keep the damaged one. I felt this was more than fair treatment.

I purchased an office chair (Leap Chair) from Madison Seating in December. When it arrived I discovered that one of the armrests was defective. The company responded immediately when I reported the problem, and made every effort to fix it. When that turned out to be impossible, they promptly sent me a new chair, which is in perfect condition and exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely order again from Madison Seating.

Unfortunately the chair was damaged, so I contacted them over email with the details of the damage along with a couple of pictures of the damaged chair. Madison was very responsive to my email and will be replacing the damaged chair at no cost. They were responsive and handled the issue like pros. Excellent experience getting a nice office chair I am working long hours at home during evenings and week-ends to fulfill the ever-increasing demands of my many responsibilities in research and teaching and finally my back was in need of better support than the usual kitchen chair. Ergonomic office chairs can be quite expensive, but Madison Seating offers top of the line choices at impressive prices. Kudos to their customer service that responds attentively and promptly to queries and needs. I highly recommend them.

We have ordered several office desk chairs from Madison Seating for our organization and as far as I can tell, the prices cannot be beat. Today, unfortunately, a chair arrived in a damaged and rain soaked box. The box appeared to have been dropped on the corner and the box was split. Hoping that the contents had survived undamaged, I took out the chair, but it was indeed damaged. I took photos of the box and the contents showing the damage and emailed the customer service folks at Madison Seating. Within 1/2 hour they responded that they would send out a new chair and that we could keep the damaged chair for spare parts etc. I agreed immediately. I think that is outstanding service and am thankful. I'd recommend Madison Seating for your purchases.
