I just purchased an Aeron Chair from Maddison Seating Great chair at a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with the entire process. Website was easy to navigate and select the chair with options I was looking for. The chair was shipped right on schedule. Good follow-up and superior customer service. There was one minor issue - a part was missing. One email to their sales department and the issue was resolved. Thanks.

We have been ordering office chairs from Madison Seating that are top notch quality at affordable prices. We recently had an issue with one of the chairs and contacted Madison Seating where they responded promptly and with a more than reasonable solution to the issue. They were courteous and willing to work with me without hesitation. We will be ordering again and again with Madison Seating!

I am so pleased with the customer service experience I received from Madison Seating. I had bought a great chair, in fact the second one of this kind, but this one had a defect that showed up when trying to assemble. Very kindly and professionally, Madison Seating offered to send me a new chair as a replacement. Madison Seating has good prices and good and friendly customer service too! I will use them again for my office furniture needs.

I received a Humanscale Freedom chair with a part that was not the right one for this chair, and they offered to replace the chair and did not ask for the first chair to be returned. I am satisfied with the response from customer service.

We purchased a chair from them and the chair that we received yesterday was defective. I reached out to them and they are actually sending out a new chair right away. Don't even need to send the defective one back. That's great customer service!

We purchased a chair from them and the user LOVES it. It however seemed to be dropping every so often a little bit. I reached out to them and they are actually sending out a new chair right away. Don't even need to send the misfunctioning one back. TOTALLY recommend!!

I have to give this company five stars! Their customer service is outstanding! I was accidentally sent an end table in the wrong color and instead of having to go through the hassle to ship it back, they let me keep it as a courtesy for the mishap! Sent me the correct color as well! Blown away by the excellent customer service. Thanks Madison Seating!
