Even in the current environment, customer service has been very responsive and quick to help resolve issues. Ordered a chair and it arrived with the wrong cylinder. Quick to respond and replace. Many colleagues also ordered chairs and received them without any issues.

Great customer service. I ordered a Steelcase Leap V2 chair from them due to back pain. I contacted them about an issue upon arrival of the chair and they responded right away. I was able to quickly get the issue resolved.

Ordered Leap 2 chair with Leather and wood floor castors. Leap 2 chair is very ergonomic and multi-adjustable. Price was very competitive. Chair arrived early, even during this Corona-Virus pandemic. There was some damage to the chair (due to shipping and handling), however, Madison Seating resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Excellent customer service!! I ordered a leap chair but it arrived broken, which is probably caused by shipping. The customer service told me to just keep the broken one and they will send a new one!

We are so pleased with Madison Seating's customer service and commitment to it's customers. I have had a specific chair in our office for over 30 years ( Its extremely comfortable) we found the same chair on Madison Seating for a fraction of the price!(Amazing!!!!) so we order 2 of them. Unfortunately one was received damaged and Madison seating offered to send us another one with out sending back the damage one. If that's not customer service then I don't know what is. We love Madison Seating and have referred them to all our friends and family that are too business owners in need of office chairs.
