I ordered a Think Chair. Upon delivery the chair was broken. Madison seating offered to send a new chair as a replacement. Positive customer service!!

I purchased an Steelcase Leap V2 open box item from the company via eBay. Initial ordering process and receipt of item went through quickly (about 4 business days). However after unpacking the box and starting the assembly, I noticed 2 defects. The lumbar support adjuster is not on the track correctly and will not move up and down and the bolt that connects the bottom of the seat back to the main part of the chair had snapped the plastic off which ruined the hole the screw goes through. While the chair was packaged quite while it is possible that it was damaged during shipping. I immediately reached out to support for a replacement. They are sending me a replacement chair instead of having me send the defective one back. Quick and responsive emails back and forth. Pending my receipt of an undamaged replacement, overall good experience.

I've ordered two Leap V1 chairs from Madison Seating. The first chair had a damaged arm. The customer-service department quickly responded to our email and sent a replacement arm, which solved the problem. The second chair had a malfunctioning cylinder and a misaligned base. Again, the customer-service department quickly responded to our email and sent a replacement cylinder, which fixed that issue. When the misaligned base continued to be a problem, they offered to send a replacement chair free of charge. Assuming there are no issues with the replacement chair, I would recommend Madison Seating due to their responsive customer service.

I ordered a Leap V1 chair. It arrived on time and in great condition, save for one joint on the back being damaged. Customer service was prompt, courteous, and offered to ship a replacement. I'm looking forward to receiving the replacement chair and expecting this to solve my issue. Assuming the replacement chair is good, I certainly recommend Madisonseating.

Very attentive customer service. I ordered a Leap V1 High Back chair. It arrived with structural damage to the backing of the chair. I Reached out to customer service and withing the minutes they responded offering to ship a new chair. Looking forward to receiving the replacement chair, if there is are no issues with replacement, I would definitely recommend Madison Seating based on customer service.

I contacted Madison Seatings return department through eBay and after a few correspondences was offered a full refund as well as the option to keep the broken chair. I would not hesitate to purchase another chair from Madison Seating because of their price point, and I know they will honor their return policy if there is a problem with the chair.
