Great Customer Service It took a while to get the chair, but that was expected as they indicate this before placing the order. I had an issue with the seat which could have easily been caused during shipping. I received a response to my email the very next day and they took care of it no questions asked. They stand behind their product and take care of the customer!

I purchased an office chair which shipped and arrived quickly. As others have pointed out, I knew the chair could have some signs of use and not be perfect. Once I received the chair I had an issue with one of the casters and a concern about the seat attachment. The CS team I worked with has been responsive and working to remedy the issue. Rather than having me deal with needing to replace a caster and correct a seat pan issue, the company is replacing the chair. I do appreciate it.

I ordered a nick & scratch Herman Miller Aeron chair. Placed my order on June 7th, and was prepared to be patient since it was stated that it would be 10-14 business days before the item would be shipped. Considering I was getting a $1000+ chair for $329, this was definitely acceptable. On June 10th, just 3 days later, I got an email saying my chair had shipped, and was expected to arrive on June 15th. The chair actually arrived on June 12th, just 5 days after I placed the order! The chair arrived in perfect shape, minus the slight cosmetic damage (expected since it was a nick & scratch item). The damage does not affect the usability of the chair. It was super easy to assemble, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. I could not be happier with my experience purchasing from Madison Seating, and will not hesitate to order from them in the future.

After reading a ton of reviews... I got nervous about having ordered a Herman Miller Aeron chair from Madison Seating, but the chair arrived, it's wonderful, there's a tiny scuff on the back and for a $700 to $800 savings I am well pleased. It took a little doing to figure out how to operate it. There are videos on YouTube. I already had a really good chair, but this, I am seeing a difference in my posture and in how I feel when I stand up in just a few days. I'm glad I bought it. It did take a month to arrive, but I received an email letting me know it wouldn't ship immediately from New York - Covid 19 - but here I am sitting happily in my new chair. I hope this makes you feel more confident in your decision to order.

Great Customer Service. I ordered two chairs from Madison but one arrived broken. I contacted customer service regarding my issues with the broken chair and they had me provide them with photos and a description of the issues. Within a few days after their team reviewed the photos and my complaint, I was told that they would send a replacement. I am happy that the customer service agent, Annie, was so responsive and resolved the issue. I am now waiting for the replacement and will update once it arrives (hopefully in working order).
