I have personally purchased or facilitated purchase of perhaps 30 Steel Case chairs. I made a personal purchase of a Think Chair, but it arrived at my home in damaged condition. The customer service team was quick to respond and Madison Seating is sending me a replacement chair vs. sending the replacement parts. Steel Case makes great products and Madison Seating has some of the lowest prices around. The quick response by Madison Seating is a testament to their commitment to provide strong customer service.

I bought the chair May 15th and got it July 17th. In between then I emailed support a couple times asking for updates and they were always very quick to respond. The answer was always a couple more weeks, a couple more weeks. A little worrisome, but understandable due to the whole COVID situation. Even after reading some of the negative reviews on this website, I was getting a little worried myself about the situation, but rest assured, I logged into my Madison Seating account on July 13th and It said it was "Ship Ready", then 2 days later, I got an email with a tracking number, and 2 days later it was at my house. I have read reviews about the chair being in bad condition etc... Let me tell you, I bought an "Open Box Herman Miller Aeron". I expected for it to be used and have some nicks and bangs. The chair is freaking brand new.... There is like one tiny little scuff near the leg wheel. who.. cares..... Now I think the Arms are replacements from the original, but they are still in working condition and are perfectly fine, again, who.. cares.... you are getting a $1300 chair for $500. I can deal with 1 scuff and some after market arms. If it really bothers people that much you can go buy the originals your self since you saved $800! Edit - I did wish I got a size C! Thats one thing, I'm not going to go through the trouble to replace it, but I like to spread out on my chair and the Aeron has a plastic frame. The B is a little narrow, So if you like to spread out. Get a C. Really wish I did, only regret! Either way, I had no issue with this company. They responded to my emails with in hours. I'm sure they hated the emails too, even though they were just update emails. I'm sure they get them all day every day. The only thing is you are going to wait 2 months. You won't be charged until the day the ship your chair, so make sure you still have funds available. I can see that being a problem if you don't have funds available by the time the chair is going to be shipped.

Ordered a chair and it was delivered in 6 weeks. The chair is broken so they are sending a replacement at no additional cost and including upgraded casters to make up for the inconvenience. Thanks Madison Seating!

Our company has ordered 8 Freedom Headrest Task Chairs from Madison Seating over the past 3 years. We recently ordered another chair and it only took a few days to receive the chair. The chair arrived with a broken part. Rather than send the part they provided us with a new chair. The customer service was great and we would buy more chairs from this company.

Purchased a "New/Open Box" chair at an unbeatable price in May. Customer support did a great in keeping me updated with shipping due to the Covid-19 shutdowns. Emma is the best! Looking forward to my new Steelcase Leap V2 chair.

Madison Seating had the chair I was looking for with the fastest shipping compared to other sellers I was researching. I actually purchased through EBay but Madison Seating was the seller. We received the chair about 6 or 7 days after purchasing. The chair was “new/open box“ and unfortunately had a broken part. Customer Service was very quick to respond with a satisfactory resolution. Hopefully the replacement comes just as quickly and without any defects.

I ordered a Steelcase Leap Chair V2. There were some small road bumps but this is to be expected considering they'v partially shut down some areas of the company due to COVID -19. I partnered with their customer service team and all issues were professionally resolved.
