In need of office chair for the house, I ordered a Herman Miller Caper Multipurpose Task chair from Madison Seating, Totally happy with the quality of the the chair delivered. the price and the responsive from Madison Seating. Ordered the chair on 13 Aug 2020 and 8 day later 21 Aug 2020 I received the chair. Great price, quality and service.

We submitted a large order with Madisonseating for our new office in Midtown Manhattan. The chairs were delivered quickly and in excellent condition. We got the AERON chair which i would strongly recommend. Sleek, professional and very comfortable. I would not think about going anywhere else for our future chair purchases.

I am overall pleased with my experience with madison seating and their support. I ordered a Leap V2 which was delayed a bit due to the coronavirus situation but this was communicated to me after I inquired about the order status. I received the chair shorty and the quality of the chair looked pretty new. I assembled the chair however I was unable to move the chair vertically, the issue seemed to be the chair cylinder. I contacted support that asked me to try to re-assemble the chair. After trying again the chair still did not move up and down. I was then send a replacement cylinder which also failed to vertically move the chair. So, the issue seems to be the chair itself. I am in the process of getting a replacement chair. My overall experience with their support has been pleasant, they have been pretty responsive and reasonable. I will update this review after receiving my replacement chair!

I originally wasn't too sure whether to order from here because the prices seemed too good to be true (and the reviews on Trustpilot weren't the best) - regardless, I decided to give it a shot, and I'm glad I did. Their customer support experience was great (there were some expected delays due to COVID, and they kept me in the loop). I received my Steelcase Leap chair last week and overall it's great, very glad I didn't spend more money to buy it new from Steelcase. I think the chair is great, especially for this price - I recommend you give this company a shot if you're unsure. I wanted to write here since the existing reviews didn't seem very representative of the experience.

I am very pleased with Madison Seating. I was searching all over the internet for an affordable Herman Miller chair. To no avail, I was about to spend $500 on a used Herman Miller Mirra chair from eBay. Thank the heavens that I found Madison Seating before I made that eBay purchase. Madison Seating offered the Best chair Herman Miller has, the Aeron chair for less than $400. I was even able to customize it to my liking. The only downside was that I had to wait roughly 2 months for the chair, however I am extremely happy with the chair. I have recommended Madison Seating to my family and friends, and will continue to give them good word of mouth.

I wanted to cancel an order, didn't know how to do so. Emailed them on Monday and they replied within 15 minutes. The person I emailed was very helpful and understanding.

We ordered 5 chairs from Madison Seating (madisonseating.com) and service was quick. We were able to find chairs that are otherwise hard to find. When we had concerns their customer service department was quick to provide us with excellent service.

I ordered Steelcase leap chair on Jul 06 after reading all the -ve reviews about them and thinking that let's take the risk since new one was around $800. The chair I ordered was open box item. The shipment wasn't super quick but I received my chair in ~20 business days on Aug 04. They shipped from NJ using FedEx Ground and that took 7 days so won't blame Madison seating for it. Best part is that the chair was almost assembled and just needed to put seat on stand and then fix it to wheels. Love it !
