After searching high and low via the big box companies for a desk chair, I found Madison Seating! Great site and complete information on all of the chairs it carries. The delivery was without issue, as I was able to track the FedEx process via a link on their shipping email. Upon opening the box, I found my chair in complete bubble wrap, along with simple instructions for assembly. Great Job Madison Seating! (and I love the chair I picked out!)

I ordered a Humanscale Freedom Chair after too much time working from home on dining chairs. First of all, great price on an open box item - (even cheaper than used chairs). The shipping time was a over by a few days but given the pandemic, this is understandable. The chair arrived and apart from a small crack in the plastic, was in perfect condition (feet, fabric etc. was brand new as expected). The seat of the chair was likely damaged during transit as my box was delivered upside down (I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron from Madison Seating 9 years ago with no issues). I emailed customer support with a photo in the evening and received a response the next morning. Using the phone number and email for customer support has resulted in very prompt responses both times. They were quick to offer a resolution to my satisfaction. Accidents can happen but they have gone above and beyond to make things right. I would definitely look to Madison Seating in the future due to their range of high quality brands, great prices and excellent customer service.

Hello. I want to start that I’ve used the Leap Chair V2 by Steelcase at my work office. A great chair and one I hoped to replicate at home now that I’m working remotely full time. I came upon Madison seating and saw they had the same chairs at great prices. I went with the Leap Chair before V2, which has the same functionality, but a slightly different style. I ordered on September 29th and received my chair on October 29th. The chair was in great shape, and all seem to function properly except for the lean feature. I was looking forward to leaning more so than anything, and upon inspection, I saw a little plastic piece broken that controlled the different angles for leaning. I contacted Madison seating customer service the same day and provided what happened along with pictures of the broken part. I received an email a few days later, where they offered to send me a new chair, and I could keep the existing chair free of charge. I wasn’t expecting this outcome, and I was more than happy to take this offer. I can let my kids use the chair I received and use the new chair to have the lean feature intact that I want. I’m happy to say Madison seating will go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Thank you, Madison seating!

I ordered a Zody chair as I had really liked it in my old office. It was a much better price than other retailers. Customer service was great! There was a problem with the first chair so they offered to send a replacement free of charge without me having to box up and return the first one.

Ordered two Knoll office chairs. They arrived quickly but broken in the back and have problem in the mechanism of the sliding seat. Their customer support was very helpful with resolving my issue and offered free replacement to resolve the issue. We are very happy with the resolution and the quick response. Going to buy from them another 10 chairs for our new center.

Ordered the humanscale Freedom. It arrived and about two week in the base broke. Their custmer support was very helpful with resolving my issue and offered multiple ways to resolve my issue. I was very happy with the resolution. Would buy from them agian.

I ordered steel case leap v2. Love the chair and actually bought a second chair, but unfortunately the second chair had some issues. Madison seating customer support was very responsive and will be shipping a replacement. Great service!

Purchased a human scale freedom chair, initially came with a defective cylinder but customer support was incredible and sent a replacement cylinder and wheelbase free of charge. Unfortunately the replacements weren't working for us either so we decided to go with a different chair, again the customer support experience has been amazing throughout, offered us a full refund. Thank you Madison Seating for caring about your customers. Will 100% buy from this company again
