I purchased a Steelcase Leap chair from MadisonSeating, after a recommendation from a friend who also purchased the same chair. The chair arrived with some defects so i emailed customer service. Annie from customer service responded within 48 hrs and offered to send me a replacement at no additional cost. So far, my experience with this company has been a good one. Just have to wait a little longer now for the replacement to arrive.

I purchased a Steelcase Leap v1 chair from Madisonseating.com. Unfortunately when the chair arrived, it was in poor shape, probably due to shipping. However, when I contacted the company, Madisonseating was very accommodating in making things right. They responded immediately to my email (within 1 business day) and offered a replacement chair for the damaged one. Other than the damage, the chair is comfortable and I expect it to be better once the replacement arrives.

I ordered a SteelSeries Leap v2, it came in the mail in 1 week. I opened the box and a piece of the chair was broken. I emailed them and the next day message me back saying they'd send me another without having to bother returning this one! Cant wait been siting on a cheap ikea chair for years so this is a huge upgrade

I purchased a Steelcase Leap v2 chair from Madisonseating.com. The chair shipped within their 10 business day window and I received it 2 days after shipping (about 2 weeks from purchase). The chair was well packaged, but arrived with a minor/medium defect that I suspect happened in shipping. I was able to fix the chair on my own, but I contacted the company anyways. This was Saturday, they responded by Monday (next business day) and offered me a steep discount for the inconvenience. I thought it more than fair and accepted. I received the refund same day. Not a perfect experience but made right by Madisonseating. The chair was in otherwise good/great condition and as advertised "open item", shipped well packaged, and their customer service was prompt. I would buy from them again.

We ordered the Leap chair from Madison Seating and unfortunately is came to us broken. We contacted the company and they sent us a new chair free of charge. We could not be more pleased with the service that we received form them and we love our new desk chair. I have back pain and I even find this chair amazingly comfortable.

I received a chair from Madison Seating. It came in 3 pieces. I see that the seat came as damaged. The plastic hooks between the back of the chair and cushion were broken and their is no way to join them. Looks so ugly.. So I reached the customer service right away to pick it up and send me a new one or refund it back. The service support agreed to send a new chair after I send them photos and I am glad with there support.
