I initially received the right chair with the wrong armrests. I reached out to customer support and they resolved the issue in a very polite and timely manner. The chair itself was well-packaged and arrived in great condition. I would definitely buy from Madison Seating again!

In setting up a work from home office, I was concerned most about the chair. I have a very nice chair at my real office and I wanted to replicate that experience at home. Fortunately, Madison Seating had the exact same chair at a reasonably affordable price. The chair arrived assembled and ready for use. When I contacted Madison Seating re a minor problem with the chair, they acted promptly to correct the problem. I would definitely use them in the future.

I ordered a Leap Chair by Steelcase on March 9 and they processed my order at the same day. The delivery company picked up my order two days later and I received my order on March 15. The chair has minor imperfections and the customer service replied my email within two days with solutions. I would say this is a responsible company and cares about customer experience.

I recently purchased a chair from Madison Seating and after a few months, the chair would not sit level and developed a really noticeable wobble. I sent a few pictures and videos of what were experiencing to the customer service department and they were super responsive. In short order they determined the chair was defective and offered to replace it for us. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Thanks Madison Seating!

Two friends of mine recommended Madison Seating for my next office chair purchase, so I purchased the Leap Chair V2 by Steelcase through them. My chair arrived within the advertised window of time displayed at the date of my order. Once assembled, I contacted customer service via email as I had a couple of questions about the chair functionality. I received a response from customer service in about 3 hours answering all of my questions. 5 out of 5!

I got my Steelcase Leap chair, and unfortunately, it came broken. I made a contact with the company. I got an email response within 24 hours. Annie was very helpful and helped me to solve this issue. The company is sending me a new chair.

Very pleased with Madisonseating. The price of the chair cannot be beat imo. I had an issue with a broken part during shipping, but their customer service corrected the issue (they even replied on a Sunday) and immediately shipped out a replacement. I would definitely buy from them again, and recommend them to anyone looking for a high end office chair at a great price.

We ordered a Steelcase V1 Leap Chair at a great price from Madison Seating. It was an “open box” deal but they offer no hassle 30 day returns. It arrived in about a week and looked great-but the seat depth adjustment was broken. An email to customer service over the weekend was responded to promptly. They offered a steep discount to keep the chair but the seat depth adjustment was very important to my tall husband. Instead, they are sending out a replacement chair right away. Problems happen with orders sometimes and the way a company deals with it makes all the difference. We look forward to receiving our new chair and recommending Madison Seating to our friends.
